I received a beautiful North Star pendant as a gift from my friend. On first wearing it one of the stones fell out. Both I and my friend have emailed E&E to arrange a replacement of the faulty item. All email replies from E&E find their way into your spam.. so worth checking. E&E replaced the item and posted it recorded delivery. Thank you so much ..x

I ordered 5 pieces from e&e about two months ago. The anket broke after a few weeks of inconsisent wear, one of the pairs of silver earrings are so malleable they got completely out of shape after one use and look horrible, and the other silver earrings leave dark stains on my ears. I have reached out to e&e by email but it has so far been ignored.
