The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. I only went in to buy a Christmas present for my mum and ended up getting her something and myself a Christmas treat! Both Aurellie and Yorgos will definitely make me want to visit the store again!

Wouldn't let me return my trousers because I had bought them at a boss shop in a large department store. The shop I bought the trousers from was a standalone boss store in the dept. store so this seems to be a ridiculous and inconvenient policy. I will never shop here again.

I visited the store with my wife, two weeks ago on a Saturday. It surely was a very busy day. The service was great. Florian helped me find the perfect suit. My wife got a lovely dress and a coat. The only saving grace of this store are the designs. Other than that there is far too high an obnoxious ‘bro’ quotient. I think the staff - male in particular - believe they ARE Hugo Boss. If they were then maybe one could bear the toxic masculinity. As it happens, they are not.
