My company uses this shop daily. We generally find Mail Boxes in Soho very fast, efficient and Friendly! We have nick named them "The life Savers" in our office.
We use Mail Boxes Etc on Beak Street for all our parcels and never had any problems over the years.
I am not sure what Farida the lady below is on about but judging from her English neither does she. We actually find Mail Boxes a lot cheaper than the Post Office with a lot more choice in speed, service without the long pension, car tax renewals queues not to mention how far the away is the Post Office from my office in Soho.
Guys you are worth every single penny! Keep up the great service!

Totally save me SO much time.
Whenever I am despatching stuff taking it up to the Post Office is a huge time waster with all the queues.
Mail boxes etc will even package up your parcel for a small fee to help you if you are desperately bad at packing stuff like me.
A totally brilliant service, they email you tracking numbers and keep you well informed.
Invaluable service in the heart of Soho.

These guys are crooks. I've been in a few times over the last month to post wedding thank you cards. Paid for 1st class postage each time, turns out they've been sending it 2nd class or worse for international items. And pocketing the difference no doubt. Stick to the Post Office

I had an issue with receiving some gig tickets I had purchased through Viagogo. The guys working here went above and beyond, spending a long time on the phone to Viagogo, to make sure that I was able to get the tickets and go to the gig. Thank you MBE Soho!
