Not being fair to your own costumes, I've sent a parcel from Canada Sudbury to Accra Ghana and my parcel has stuck at stantsed Gb for the past 41 Day's. You take costumes money and not being fair enough to them why? ????

Came here to send something off by FedEx. Was served by Mr Honar. Found the service to be swift, professional, friendly and throughly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend sending your parcels from FedEx Angel. Definitely would go back again. Great service! ????

I have been using the store in Angel for the past 5 years and I must say they have they have never let me down. They collect my items and package it and send it. It has become like an automated process. I am informed if there is a delay and they do their upmost best to establish the cause of delay or any issues for that matter. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they are a joy to do business with. I highly recommend them if you have any international or domestic shipment/packaging requirements.

It is your responsibility to provide a correct address not FedEx''s. They deliver to the address provided. IRS has a hundred different addresses, how would fedex know where to deliver if you don't provide them with correct one...

I order my headphones, they were supposed to be here on Wednesday, they delayed it on Friday. Friday apparently someone tried to deliver but I wasn't there and I was at home all day. Monday they were supposed to deliver it but the postcode they had was wrong, but I call them about 12 times on Friday to tell them to correct it. Tuesday they were supposed to deliver it by 1pm, I called them at 7:30 in the morning they're not going to deliver it today, "we found a mistake in the postcode". Tomorrow, Wednesday I'll let you know if this is going to be delivered but I doubt it. This company is a nightmare.

I wasn't happy about fedex customer service last week. I ordered 10kg box and 25kg box last monday and I never received anything after more than 72 hours so I decided to call again and order again thursday and waited again ... But never had my order so I phoned Fedex this morning and the same thing happened that there was no order of any boxes on their screen or system so I ordered again and Andrew who was very helpful and kind enough has given me a supplies number or order number as reference and fingers crossed , I hope I will receive my boxes soon ????????
