I had 3 large paintings shipped from a gallery in London to my studio in NJ, USA using Pack & Send. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service. Had a very complicated order to be packaged and sent abroad and I was a little nervous about doing so, but these guys did an amazing job! Needed a computer and 3 monitors to be sent and they knew what they were doing. They packaged everything so well as everything arrived in the same condition and was here within 3 days. They picked it up from my address in short notice and their communication was excellent. I will never hesitate to use them again. Thank you guys so much ????

I needed to transport a family portrait from the home of an aged relative near the Arctic circle to London. I contacted several shippers who could not provide a full service. Pack an Send dealt with the whole matter perfectly. Tailor made packing case delivered to the home of the sender and shipped to my front door. There were responsive to minor queries such as how to open the case. It is rare to get such efficient responsive and personal service these days. Thanks. Cosmo

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Oscar, Daniel & George from the first point of contact with them, to every communication between pick up & service & then after service too.
These guys went above & beyond to make sure my package was delivered and all for such a reasonable price. Seriously so impressed & thankful.
I had 46 large prints to send to a studio in Chicago & the utmost care, thought & help was on hand throughout. My prints arrived to Chicago much quicker than I thought & in perfect condition.
I’m so SO impressed & super happy that I used these guys to deliver my package. I even got a delivery confirmation email once the package arrived in Chicago.

I've send my computer from this shop to Montreal, Canada. The staff was really friendly and reassuring from the beginning by email to the moment where I drop my computer to their shop, where they explain me how they'll packed my computer. and even start in front of me. 5 days later, my computer land in Montreal, I open the package and see how professional the package was : anti static bull wrapper, and foam filling exactly the empty space, and was perfectly intact and functional. My computer definitively cross the Atlantic Ocean in a more comfortable way than me. I recommend this service fore send you IT furniture across the world.

One of the best team I have come across to deal with. Forget about all the troubles, just contact Pack & Send and you are done. They will collect, pack, do the paperwork, quote you on that (which will be much more affordable than any other provider) and bingo ... the package is on its way to destination. Any customs problems, team Pack & Send will take care of it until it is delivered! I am so happy I came across these guys - really helpful!

Thank you to the amazing team including Daniel and especially to Koudy. They assisted me with everything. Security and customs check. Door to door delivery. Helped me repack and gave me sturdier boxes. 50kgs in 3 different boxes. I received the boxes at my doorstep here in the US with no tear after 4 days (sent them friday UK time and received Tuesday US time). All in great shape. Constant update from their tracking.The quality service I received was more than I paid for and it was even less than my budget. Maybe you will find somewhere else cheaper but I personally atest to their service. Safe, secured, fast, reliable, and affordable. Thank you so much!

@Packandsend are an amazingly efficient company! I couldn’t find anyone to help me return a large rug to the northern part of england. I called Pack and Send and within less than an hour they picked it up and it was sent the very next morning and arrived at the store in NR21 at 10:30am for a very reasonable price.

George and the team were amazing and efficient. I had to organize Visa's and send them from Australia to London return within a set time frame and done in a specific way as requested by the Embassy I was dealing with. No question or problem was to big and I was supported all the way through. I have the visa's and passports already back safe and sound.
