Only use this location as a drop off. Print off your own shipping labels, etc, before you arrive, but probably just avoid at all costs. They tried to charge me £250 to ship a package via FedEx that would have cost at most £160 via the FedEx shipping tool. It also took 40 min to get a quote (by which point I assume the dude assumed I would just pay whatever price to leave). On top of that, they weren’t wearing masks or requiring customers to wear masks.

Absolutely ripped me off. Fed Ex take no responsibility for the ship centres that use their name nor will do anything to prevent customers being charged this way. I sent documents from London to Sao Paulo, BR from this place. I paid £131.96 and since I considered it expensive I later checked the online quote (£87.26). That is £44.70 extra that this place charged. My recommendation: Do not use this place! Next time I'll be requesting FedEx to pick up from home

Absolute and totally rip off. They charge £10 to accept a FedEx drop off. What’s the point of that? FedEx will collect from my house for free and no one else charges this. I would give less than one star if possible.

Appalling customer service - The real shame here is that I cannot give a score lower than 1 star. I have been invoiced incorrectly and have been trying to resolve the issue with FedEx for over 2.5 months now. I have sent 20+ emails on the matter and have spoken with 3 different FedEx representatives. Not one person has taken the time to resolve the issue instead they say its not their department and now the invoice has been passed onto the debt collection agency. This is completely unacceptable. Why should I been left to deal with debt collectors and be forced into paying a bill that is incorrect just because FedEx staff are too lazy to take the time to resolve the issue.

This is not a FedEx office, just a pickup/drop off point. They charged me £25 to leave a package for pickup. I’d recommend you save yourself that fee and schedule a pickup at your office/home.

I'm just another victim of this company... can't really explain the frustration, of when you have to wait the whole day for a parcel and then you get a text saying that it was attempt while you where waiting, but the driver reports that there was no one at the address. They don't leave a card behind tho.. why ?? Maybe they never actually been there ? Stay Away from it..

Do a good job (in terms of accepting parcels quickly) but charge too much. Sent a 0.20kg International Priority letter [~50 printed pages] from the UK to the US and got charged £90.00. The price quoted on FedEx's own website suggests the price of £73.61. The guy behind the counter did a very reasonable job at processing my parcel quickly and I do appreciate he needs to make a living, pay his rent, bills etc. However, do I feel I've received £16.39 worth of services? No. Not planning on using the services of this agent again unless I absolutely have to. Still to see if the parcel gets delivered (on time) but this is on FedEx, not the chap running the shop.

Rubbish! Called to let them know that I will be going hospital so to leave package with neighbour. Wrote a note on the door of my house saying “Leave with either one of my neighbors”. Come home to find out package is local depot. Absolutely outrageous. Never had a delivery company do this nonsense before. Will never use FedEx ever again.

Very bad service for delivery, I was supposed to be deliver one week ago and I am still waiting.. I call two times to inform that at 2pm (schedule at the hour the delivery man has come twice) I am at work and not at home waiting for my shipment. You must be at home all day to be deliver properly. I am very upset, I spend a lot of money to receive this deliver in time and finally I am still waiting..

My friends and I just visited the shop this past Monday, and we were holding some boxes to ship to US, the staff members were quick to help us bringing those boxes in the shop, they were all so friendly! Ali Helped my friend to go through with all the shipping options available and he was very calm and patient, but it was amazing to see how he really listened to how my friend wanted to ship all those fragile items; Ali and his team packed each individual items carefully in bubblewrap and sealed them into stronger shipping boxes they had. I would definitely recommend Ship Centre to any one looking for shipping fragile stuff.

Very friendly staff, but not very intelligent. All the questions I asked were answered a bit vaguely. I shipped a package overnight at a cost of £117.50. It arrived and was delivered by FedEx who stated that no one was present to accept - at an office manned 24 hours a day with someone. Lie. I went to the FedEx facility to pick up the package and was completely harassed by the desk clerk with an attitude. When I finally got my package it was damaged - why wouldn't it be - they packed a MacBook Pro in one sheet of bubble wrap and put it in an envelope. What? Was a padded box not a better choice for £117.50? Never again!

The worst service. The customer service of Fedex is useless, young and unexperienced. For two weeks every single day was receiving the same emails which said it was unable to deliver despite the fact I was at home and in my area there is 24 hours concierge. The worst ever service.

Do not trust the quotes that this shop gives you! They told me to pay 97 pounds to ship a document with DHL, when DHL itself confirmed to me it was only 38 pounds. I called the DHL representative while being in the shop and he wanted to speak to the shop attendant, but the latter refused to take the receiver. When I asked to see where on their computer he saw the 97 pound quote, he refused to show me. I went elsewhere and shipped for 38 pounds. Don't get scammed there!

Never use FedEx to send International Parcels. Because, they do not keep it quick and on-time service. DHL is expensive but very good service i like them. Like I have suffered loss, I do not want to have any such loss for anyone else. That's why I shared this post .

If I could give 0 starts I would!! This isn’t at all aimed at the Fedex in London but fedex as a company. You are the most unreliable and unorganised shipping company I have ever used. Paying for next day delivery for my package to arrive 6 days later.. 1 person tells me it will be with me on Thursday, that doesn’t happen, then I’m told Friday before 9am, that doesn’t happen, then I’m told Friday between 3-3:30pm (I take time out of work to get home and actually lose money) guess what? They try and deliver it at 1:45pm, no phone call to say they’ll be here early, no letter left to say they’ve attempted it, so then I’m told it’ll be with me Monday before 9am, this doesn’t happen, I have to leave work once again to come back to my place (lose more money) and pick it up at 11:45.... that’s the first package! The second one actually arrived on time, the only thing is my package is just left on my front doorstep, no attempt to leave it with neighbour or a call to say where can we leave it etc... just literally placed on my doorstep where anyone could have just picked it up and carried on without anyone ever knowing. The worst thing for me is the lack of responsibility taken by their customer service team. Nothing is offered, just blame passed on to the company wich sold me the goods, wich I contacted and got them to get the refund off of Fedex as fedex ofcourse wouldn’t contact them... for such a well known company they truly do not give a damn if you lose out on money at all for their mistakes. I am currently nearly £200 out of pocket because of Fedex and they obviously couldn’t care less.

Excellent job, Fedex office was closed but these guys helped me with providing all the packaging material and customs clearance paper work with no fuss at all. I understand the prices which are actually reasonable bearing in mind that I was there out of office hours.

DO NOT use these guys for passport or ID photos! they altered my photo and very badly cut out the hair. A child could have done a better job in photoshop. 9 pounds for 6 photos which were totally unusable. you're better off using a photo booth in Boots.

During my visit last week, I left my son's iPad back in a hotel in London; and I didn't know how would I be able to get it back in my country, I enquired many courier companies but none of them were able to help me, when I contacted econnective Shipcentre they assured me it's possible and they will pick up the iPad and ship it to me, I paid their fee online and I got the iPad within 3 days!!! Which was very quick and it was all nicely wrapped and packed with Bubble wrap no damages whatsoever! Great job done! I'm so lucky to know someone on this earth can help while sitting thousands of miles away. Thanks econnective team. Sydney, Australia
