Thanks to Ana (the manager) and all the other staffs’(sorry for my not remembering names) kindest help and incredible patience, I was finally able to get my parcel back. A ton of thanks! I know at first the experience wasn’t good as the driver directed my parcel to the wrong place. But the way they helped deal with this matter and their super kind & helpful personalities just left me a huge impression. I would say, everyone could make mistakes, just reach out to them in person and try to solve the issue when it is still amendable instead of complaining around and writing a bad review. The worse delivery company I have ever seen! I’m not the type of person who like to write bad review but guys take your s*it up!! They attempt to deliver twice apparently (I doubt on it) they didn’t find the address both of the time. Yesterday I call to schedule a re delivery, but for some protest happening in London central they couldn’t. I call again and ask specifically to the guy to put a note that I was going to collect the parcel. Now I am here to the place to collect the parcel and three other clients have the same problem! The package anyway was already on the van ready to be re delivered on Monday! What a shame!!

(Thought I posted this) Although I was initially disappointed that my package got damaged, let me tell you now it was Christmas and I wanted it. With it being another lockdown, I wasn't able to go home for the holidays and I didn't care what was inside the box but it was something from my loved ones. The staff member 'Rags' was literally the definition of "going above and beyond". His college, I believe his name was Sammy was also really helpful. But Rags, saved my Christmas. This man worked over on his lunch break just to help me and he retrieved my parcel, gave me a personal call and I was able to retrieve it all in time for Christmas. They really do try their bet in that Depot! Thank you again Rags.

(Please view photos) I still haven't told my Mother, it would just kill her! This is how Parcelforce handle your most cherished family belongings.. I still can't figure out how they managed to disintegrate this very strongly made Mirror in a steel frame from the 70's, packed very securely in a strong cardboard box. I should of had my head examined to think that something so valuable would have been safe in the hands of Chimpanzees! which is exactly what Parcelforce employ and probably why they couldn't read FRAGILE, which is what the entire box and parcel was covered with. But what can I say, I believe in people too much, which is just my nature. FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER USE PARCELFORCE. After putting in a compensation claim and a big long headache later, I finally got a response that they could not approve my claim due to "certain items are excluded from compensation cover" and my item so conveniently "being on the prohibitions list" a list buried somewhere in that pigsty of a website, But after reading this list, you wonder what they actually compensate you for.. because EVERYTHING is on these prohibited and exclusion of compensation lists! This very beautiful and irreplaceable 70's Art Nouveau Mirror was my late Father's bachelor Mirror from his youth and which has been in my family for many years, I very hesitatingly decided to sell this Mirror as it has not been used for many years and I wanted to take my Mother who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis on holiday. It really wasn't about the money, believe me. An absolutely disgusting service and experience from Parcelforce who are supposed to be professionals responsible for other people's possessions no matter WHAT the item may be, this is something which will stay with me for a long time. A shocking incident, but compensation aside, I never even received so much as an apology from Parcelforce, though even if I did received one, it would just make me dry heave! PLEASE AVOID!! From Sen (P.S) And this all happened before the Snowstorm!, just to eliminate that as a convenient excuse.

Admin staff had been absolutely lovely but it's really frustrating that they lost a huge and costly parcel from China. Even more so when I've read that it is a common occurence with them. It's just so convenient that the delivery doesn't require signature because of the pandemic and on top of that the delivery staff left their company so they were unable to track down what happened to my parcel. I've had other companies delivering without signature but they made sure that I accept it before leaving my doorstep. .

Never use ParcelForce. Within the UK is bearable, but overpriced compared to UPS or DHL where it's cheaper, it's well-tracked, and customer service is actually at reach. I sent a parcel out through the post office in early February 2021, paid £200 for it. It was mis-dispatched to Cayman Islands (Caribbean) but my parcel was meant to be going to Kazakhstan (Central Asia). After numerous emails and phone calls, I finally managed to get it redirected back to the UK then dispatched to Kazakhstan again. It is now mid April 2021 and it's still not being delivered. They also said I couldn't file a refund due to covid, I can understand covid could cause delay, but it being dispatched to the Caribbean is not caused by delay but human/ machine error, which definitely should be eligible for compensation with the stress and time consumed worrying about the parcel. I also sent other parcels through them before to Hong Kong, took a month to arrive. I sent another parcel with UPS, arrived 3 days later, cheaper and tracked.

Waiting for my parcel for over a week. My mum send a parcel before Christmas, certificated and with insurance. No clue where is it. No information about if it arrived in the UK (it should be because the last update is from a week ago that left the country of origin, Spain, and 7 days doesn't take to arrive here), customer service is poor, claims online doesn't work properly, I need to wait more for it... Never again!

The worst delivery company ever. My package with a value greater than € 200. It was handed to another person. This person does not even live at the address mentioned on the package. I went to the warehouse in the morning and all they told me was that everything would be fine. I asked for a contact number and when I call, the robot answers. I can't contact them by phone ... Avoid using this delivery company if you don't want to waste your money and time in vain.

Bad: delivery service, they said they tried to deliver twice but didn't call once and didn't leave any card/ticket. 1 star Good: after 2 failed attempts I went to the this depot in person, the employee was very kind and did things very quickly. 5 stars I feel bad for the barrage of bad reviews you have, of course people will go the extra step to complain and leave a bad review, but never do it when they get a good service.

It's the second time I get something delivered by Parcelforce and the second time they completely messed it up. I've been waiting for over a month, there haven't been any updates on the tracking page for more than three weeks and their customer service has no idea where my parcel is. I'll never use Parcelforce again.

Absolutely appalling. Have used twice now. The first time I paid £55 for a large parcel pickup. Never picked it up, never explained why not, no refund, no nothing. Literally stole my money. Second time someone else posted to me using ParcelFarce. Despite being home all day, there was no delivery, no card, no human to talk to to find out what the hell is going on. Some bot will answer this message with a link to another automated service designed to waste your time and achieve nothing. If I could give negative stars I would.

absolutely feeble service. Payed for collection and next day delivery; the collection was a day late but nevertheless once it was collected ‘next day delivery’ apparently means whenever the driver can be bothered, it’s been 5 days now, and not only have my parcels not been delivered, but the driver is lying about attempting to deliver the parcels. Sat by the door for three whole days to receive a message saying that I wasn’t ready to collect. Even aside from the drivers being frauds, the support teams are no help either. Called up the depot and was connected with a rude customer support agent. I said that the driver had lied about attempting delivery and was met with “lie is a harsh term, Let me take a phone number and see what I can do” hangs up on me. I called another customer support agent whom wouldn’t believe that the driver wasn’t attempting to deliver the parcel...!! They treat me as if I’m lying; It’s as if I didn’t pay for and want to have my parcels delivered. On the 5th day I contacted about having compensation but I was met with “sorry I don’t think you’re entitled to that since the driver attempted to deliver on the day he was suppose to” which in reality the driver didn’t even attempt delivery and said I wasn’t ready to receive the parcels. My experience with Parcelforce is constant trouble, effort and fraud.

Excellent service, sent heavy parcel to Japan with no problems, my parcel dispatched same day in the evening and delivered safely to recipient several days later, online tracking works, used service Global Priority. Customers service at this branch is professional, supportive, and nice. I spend there literally 3 minutes as I prepared my parcel according to their website - just follow all their instructions and it can't go wrong, they deliver for hundreds of years..

This company deserves ZERO stars. It has been a month since my parcel was apparently meant to be delivered. They tell you that delivery will be on a certain day but they won't even turn up. I've rescheduled twice, the tracking will say it's out for delivery but nothing will turn up and now they have said they can't find the package! My friend sent me gifts from Australia to here in the UK which were of sentimental value that money can't buy and now they have lost it!!! I can't understand how they are still running as a business when it seems hundreds of people have the same experience. Shame on you parcelforce and don't bother with your copy and paste responses you are all incompetent and need to be shut down!!!

Parcelforce 'lost' my parcel and never located it Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!

Due to an error on the address label my parcel was stuck at the London East Depot. I spoke with Eric over the phone four days ago and he reassured me that my parcel will arrive at the London Central Depot and be ready to deliver. My parcel has arrived today and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for following up on my parcel!

Worst courier service ever and rude customer service. I was waiting for delivery and there was no attempt by the driver to deliver on that day. No card left at all. I had to arrange by their automated phone call to pick up the parcel at their London Central depot the next day. The next day, I went to the depot, and I was met by a lady who was speaking over me saying that the parcel was being sent out of delivery and that I should just wait at home. However later, I got an answerphone message saying that the parcel is going back to the depot. I spoke to Hazel over the phone to see what's going on. She was rude, speaking over and interrupting me. I also didn't appreciate her tone and her sniggering. If you are looking for an efficient, customer friendly service, don't use this company.

Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had. Furthermore, customer service skills are absolutely rubbish it’s embarrassing. I’ve taken the day of work waiting at home, practically all day, just to see an update on their website saying an attempt has been made which is a false statement. I haven’t even received a note stating what next steps to take in order to obtain my delivery. Customer service was of no help whatsoever. I’ve explained to the employee that I will be unable to receive my delivery on a Monday due to the fact that I’ve taken Friday off. However she still arranged for a delivery to be made on a Monday. It’s alarming that companies use Parcelforce to deliver their commodities????

I saw many negative reviews for this company and wasn’t sure what to expect while going to pick up my parcel. Just to make sure everything is ok and my parcel is ready to be picked up I have called the company. I didn’t have to wait long on the line to be answered, gentleman gave me all the necessary information including the amount of the custom charges and double checked the address of the depot for me which was useful. When I arrived at the depot - there was no queue. I was kindly served by a member of staff. I can rate my experience as EXCELLENT.

*Victims who lost parcels or experienced bad things, please give me your opinion. We will publicise this issue for justice and we will contact BBC, The Guardian, and The telegraph. They did not deliver international post for 1 month and explained well. Really irresponsible, they did not tell people's name or position who are in charge of this too. I am sure. Third day they ring the bell I opened for them...and guess what....no one came and they update at the tracking parcel that they attempted to deliver but no one there. Again no card left. Couriers don't have cell phones, so they aren't able to contact you when they are coming to pick up the parcel. So instead they will just write that you weren't available, even though you were at home the whole day, waiting for them. And then, after calling several different phone numbers, you will have to wait for them in front of the building for half an hour because you don't know at what time they will be there and you don't want to be 'unavailable' again. Do not recommend. Avoid if you can.

Had to drop off parcel here because local post office don’t accept parcel force as the drivers won’t stop there. They don’t do proof of postage here however and don’t tell you that until they’ve scanned the parcel and after that it’s in the system and you can’t take it elsewhere, so basically I’ve just handed them a valuable package with no proof of postage on my side that’s asking to go missing. I understand that the staff don’t have any input on policy regarding that but it doesn’t help that they treat you like your being unreasonable asking for something as basic as proof of postage.

Requested next day delivery to work address because item was urgent and I knew that both I and a security guard with a desk right by the door would be present at the location all day. They claimed to have attempted delivery but the security guard didn't see courier arrive at the door, no telephone call made to me, no card was left so I know where to pick it up from. Customer service is automated, no option to speak to a human being. unclear if I can even pick it up from the depot it's been returned to. Dreadful experience.

Helpful at depot with the issue but the driver couldn't be bothered to deliver the parcel to my house it got left at a post office where I had to wait till the next day to collect it when the parcel was due at the house between 1 and 2 in the afternoon and there was no card put through the door to say where my parcel was. Diabolical service from parcel force as a whole. Should not be allowed to operate. You have my goods and after amending a post code auto correct mistake FOUR times. On the day of delivery, after following the tracking all day and making sure I am at home, no one shows up and I get a "delivery attempted" text message which is a total lie. Shameful service and in the future if I buy any products that are being delivered by parcel force I will cancel it and buy them somewhere else, you should do the same.
