Very professional, polite and efficient service.
I have used this company multiple times to post parcels / packages and they never let me down. They have a wonderfully polite and professional team who all go out of their way to be very helpful. They have in depth knowledge of all the postage / courier conditions and give you all your options so you can choose the best fit for your needs. They never try and oversell expensive courier options but are very trustworthy.
Today I posted a returns package via Royal Mail. Max was a star. Took all the hassle out of sending it - got me the cheapest packaging, wrapped it up in bubble wrap, securely packaged it for me, printed off the address and attached it. I didn't have to lift a finger and just paid the minimal postage cost. He was very courteous, quick and informative. I was in/out in less than 5 minutes. Beats queueing up at the post office for 20 minutes and then having the stress of doing everything yourself!

I run a monthly event that needs a medium sized amount of printing (a few hundred pages) done in advance.
I don't have hugely specific requirements, but any time I do need to ask for something a little unusual or possibly complicated, MBE are always able to handle my request much quicker and simply than I expect

I have been using these guys for quite a while and I must say they are great. No queuing like in the post office and the staff make an effort to help and offer the best service. Recently I had a several boxes that I needed to ship, not only they care to collect them but repackaged it and shipped for me and I did not even have to come to the shop. Now where do you get such a service?
They also did all my printing as well as designing and printing my business cards.
If you live or work in Angel area, do yourself a favour and give them a shot!

Service with a smile. Usually a couple of them. The only thing better than the location, around the corner from the Angel, is the helpful, downright jolly staff. I love dropping in for my mail and reading it over a pint, around the corner at the York.

Do not risk sending parcels through these con artists! Like others that have reviewed this place my parcel never got posted and they had no proof that they ever posted it. We now have no idea what happened to the parcel that we posted through them - did they steal the contents, did they just throw it in the bin - who knows!? Don't waste your time and money with this place - you can't trust them to post your parcels.

BEWARE! Last week I decided to try this store as opposed to going to the post office to avoid the queues. Asked if they sell stamps to which they said they don’t and that they frank their mail instead so if my parcel was ready to send they could do that. I was a little reluctant but proceeded after being told they are an authorised reseller of Royal Mail services. To my dismay when I arrived home today my wife said the parcel had returned. When I saw the parcel I couldn’t believe my eyes, it had stamps placed on top of and secured with tape. The smell of these stamps was horrific - some sort of cleaning spirit maybe. There was also a Royal Mail sticker on it which said the reason it has been returned is due to unpaid postage. What these people are doing is putting used stamps on your parcels which is completely illegal and they should be penalised for this! I will never be visiting these scammers again. I strongly urge you to wait at the post office and know that you are being given a genuine service and not being ripped off by these scam artists. A note to management - if you know this is happening, shame on you! If you don’t, now you do and I recommend you investigate this matter.

I have mailed 6 -10 cards to Canada this year through this Maiboxes etc. 3 of which never made it. I have never had this happen with a Royal Mail post office. It makes me think they are taking my money and binning my cards?
