Today I received my original documents sent from Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office | PO Box 6255 | Milton Keynes, MK10 1XX with all my original certificates, documents, passports of my family members in a file that was placed in large paper envelope. Someone opened it from side. Luckily I had to check each and every document and they are all in tact. Biggest risk is about identity theft as they parcel was opened from side. As someone can misuse my personal data. Its a shame on pathetic DX service. Shared my feedback with FCO.UK. Said will speak to them. Was informed DX are their sub vendors and hence they returned self addressed secured large enveloped I sent from Royal Mail. FCO should quit on such vendor. As end of day iam at loss ? None would take ownership if something would have been misplaced nor or later if someone misuse my personal data. Very disappointed and upset. !! Please don't use DX. Rubbish experience :(

I read the reviews before using this service and I had no choice but to use this courier company with some trepidation. However, I found them very professional and accommodating. picked up the phone when I had questions at the Chancery Lane branch. The gentleman I dealt with was efficient and friendly and helpful. My package was sent and arrived on time.

I was a bit scared seeing all the reviews for this service, but I had no other choice but to use them as they're the only courier the U.S embassy deals with. From start to finish my experience with this DX location has been excellent. I chose the Drop & Collect service for my visa instead of Home Delivery to avoid any issues and it worked. I dropped my passport and the process was simple and straightforward. The same day I received an email from the embassy saying my passport was delivered to them. Three days later they returned my passport to this DX location and it was ready for pick the next day. Staff were friendly and everything was done on time.

Liers. Can't get my parcel. I have made me rebook parcel three times. Drivers are Liers. Got a message saying left a card but actually They never turn up I have cctv on my door. Asking me keep reebooking. Worst company I have ever come across. I believe if they don't have other parcels on route to your address you'll never get your parcel.

Pathetic service...... had my delivery returned twice....apparently they buzzed my flat both times and no-one answered. Told them why didnt he contact the concierge and they are not authorised to do it. I paid a premium for this service. HMPO have the take the contract back from these idiots

Missed delivery. I called the automated number and was able to get through to the head office. The first customer service advisor I spoke to was absolutely excellent. He was understanding, thorough and efficient. He tried to contact the courier so he could re-deliver on the same day (child's passport). They were unable to get hold of the driver. The customer services agent then spoke to his manager (Chris) she managed to arrange another driver to deliver after his shift ended later on in the evening. He went out of his way to help us. Unbelievable service and customer service. We have had several visas and documents sent to us within the past month with no issues what so ever. My husband and I were very happy with this level of service and the fact that DX went above and beyond for us to receive our baby's passport within the time we needed it for. Thank you all at DX!

Friendly and helpful - had problems finding the place but that was because I approached from High Holborn and stopped at the building entrance. They offered to come and look for where I was and were very quick with my wife's passport collection once we got in.

Quick and professional service. I dont trust them on pick up or delivery. I picked up myself and used Royal mail to deliver. Royal mail another costly but poor service. The Royal mail man could not locate and deliver US consulate in London.

Is this company for real? How are they in business ? Wish l could give them zero stars it’s been one week + now trying to receive my documents from the home office has been frustrating, there is no number to call l have tried to reschedule and nothing came. I changed to my work address also to no avail. I tried to make them deliver it to their depot so l go collect my stuff since It was looking like they were never going to bring me my documents the website declined that option. I have had back and forth emails with 3 people and still NOTHING ! I have run out of options now. For a delivery company, you can ruin lives with this horrible service you offer. I’m so disappointed Rubbish

Absolutely useless, been receiving emails saying "your package will be delivered today" for four days now, this is the second time I've used this courier (not by choice) this time last year they lost my passport from a Visa centre in London. Avoid like the plague.

I could not get to the door when this delivery arrived. On the envelope was printed DX SIGNATIURE NEXT DAY. The courier posted it through the door without a signature. This is made worse because the documents are extremely serious and need to go to the addressee - who does not live here. We bought our house 18 months ago and I have no idea who the addressee is - or where. Tried to ring DX but waiting on phone for ages. Very unprofessional and sloppy. Reading some of the hundreds of complaints I do not know how a company like this survives.

This company is a horror. Never ever use them! Here I am, expecting my passport to be delivered, days away from travelling. First I receive an email saying that the delivery will be made soon but I should not attempt to track parcel or contact company for next 24 hours. No indication of the actual day of delivery. 12 hours later I receive phone call - apparently it is the driver who has turned up (with no warning!) at my office and as I happen to be across town at that time he is unable to make the delivery. Halfway through the call he hangs up anyway and I can't call back as there is no caller ID. I arrange for redelivery, again giving my office address. No delivery is made. No email. No text. No card. I call customer services. I say I have no evidence that a redelivery has been attempted. I explain that the delivery address is my place of work and there is always someone at reception to answer the door and let me know so I can come down and collect my parcel but it is possible that the driver might come at a time when the receptionist has stepped out so could I please have a phone call. I'm told I won't receive one if the driver doesn't want to call. I ask if I can get a text message on the day to indicate a rough estimate of delivery time (morning or afternoon will do). That's also out of the question. I point out it is not possible for me to stand outside the entrance to my office building from 9am to 5pm, upon which I am told that most people take the day off for a delivery and if the parcel is so important to me I should do the same. Wow.

AVOID! If you ever think of using this courier in East London, think again. I have never in my life experienced something so bad with deliveries, then I did with this guys. They have misplaced my parcels twice, one of them getting lost. They are attempting deliveries only when they feel they want to and no sorry cards are left whatsoever. Most of the time they don't attempt deliveries and on their website, when you check it says they did. I have my 2 of my neighbours with CCTV and we have checked and proved that no delivery was attempted. When you call the customer service they are hanging up on you mid-conversation. I have asked them to deliver to my work address and the driver asked me if there is any work in my company as he can not work there anymore claiming they are forcing people to do the impossible for really low money. AVOID them if you don't want your parcel lost and weeks in phone calls, with bills over £50 to pay for customer service phone calls. Unacceptable.

I have absolutely no words to describe such an unprofessional unreliable service and I have no idea why companies use them to securely deliver items. Inconsistent information throughout their websites about opening times - 2 weeks later, an item that was suppose to have been collected over 12 days ago has not been able to be collected due to inaccurate information throughout their website, information they themselves put out and recently updated. multiple attempts to collect disrupted by inaccurate information and management. Telephone staff appalling, non-chalant and unhelpful. manager unavailable. flight missed due to all this. most delivery services are exceptional so this is surprising in 2018. could not dream of a more unreliable service - stay clear. 411 bad reviews and an average of 1.4 stars speaks for itself

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had a very important parcel to be delivered via DX, and we got a confirmation from them saying that it would be delivered between 8am-6pm the next day. Their driver however came at 7:30am when there wasn't anyone to receive the delivery or answer the phone call. We tried calling back the unknown number but it was a fax line. We only found out that it was DX after trying to track the package on their website and saw a notice saying that they needed additional information. They did not bother to call, text or email us regarding the missed delivery. When we called them on the premium rate customer service number, we were held for about 15 minutes. Despite explaining the situation, the agent told us that she cannot contact the driver or arrange a redelivery. She said that we have to contact the sender and have them call DX to give them the correct address, despite us repeatedly confirming that the address they received was the right one! This is the worst customer service I have ever heard the tale of. Once again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

Was expecting passport delivery on Wednesday, had tracking number and was advised delivery before 18:00. Delivery never turned up so contacted them via Twitter Thursday morning (calls 7p/m and no answers just a series of automated options leading no where helpful) got a quick reply via Twitter and was now told delivery to be sent out Friday - no reason why it wasn't sent out in between. Based on most of the reviews here I decided best to just drive to depot and collect in person. Don't know why HM Passport office use these guys with such bad service.

The worst service I have ever seen must received a delivery from the 15 th of June but just receive it after waiting from 9 am to 7pm when the delivery supposed to come between 9 am to 1 pm. the delivery was from a driver out of business hours in a private car with his partner or somebody . what a professional company that don't have even uniform for his employees . the driver get the gut to tell me that there was a lot of traffic but i think that he has got the time to be home n enjoy himself without worries how important the parcel is for the receiver. so I don't think that if anybody has to send a parcel to use this company.Can't rate this company.

Not even worth 1 star. Waited for delivery last Friday, no call to advise when I might expect delivery. Got home at 4.30pm to find a card had been left, tried to deliver at 2.25pm. Called to re-arrange, and was advised they could come back Monday. When I asked for some idea of what time I was told that my postcode would be last on the round so agreed Monday afternoon. Got home just gone midday. Nothing. At five to six I rang to ask where my delivery was, driver had been at 10.30 this morning and 'carded' me. NO card !!! Asked why he'd been this morning and was told that Monday's aren't very busy so could come AM, not the PM as agreed, and anyway their notes said somebody would be home all day, ridiculous as this was NEVER agreed. Bloody annoyed !!! If they had have put a card through my door I could have cancelled the leave I took this afternoon. Re-arranged for tomorrow - couldn't tell me when - note left for driver to call me 30 minutes before delivery. Why didn't they do that on Friday ??? If ever I see that a company uses DX for deliveries again I will not use, already refuse to use Moon Pig because they use Yodel, another useless company.

I would have to admit that I was a bit concerned that I was required to use DX Courier services for the delivery of my new passport based on the previous reviews. That being said, I had an extremely positive experience with my package being delivered as expected and on time. I was provided a text message from the courier noting that the package would be delivered the following day by the time that was arranged. I paid an additional sum of money to have the package delivered before 10 am and it was delivered accordingly prior to 10 am. The courier was pleasant and I was pleased with the overall service.

This company is so incompetent that it's ALMOST endearing. They're unable to deliver leave a calling card (or to leave your items at the closest post office), don't respond to emails, don't pick up the phone, and have a tracking tool that seems to have been developed by a 13 year old. Use this company if you want to send something to a relative that you hate or to your spouse if you're in the process of divorcing them.

As has been said before, I would give zero stars if possible. Phoned several times to check when approximately they would deliver - a very general assurance that it would be with me. At 7pm finally got someone to admit that they had come already - had not rung my doorbell, had not left a card, and I was sat in all day on a very warm day. So I really doubt they actually did come. The US Embassy should not be using this service - it's extremely poor, and I will be ringing them first thing to make sure they know this. When I said to the guy that I would like a reference so I could prove to the US Embassy I had been speaking to him and ask for a refund - he hung up. Rude, inefficient, liars. Not acceptable as a service for crucial documents.

ZERO STARS - only given 1 star otherwise I couldn't post - I was expecting a parcel to be delivered on Friday 14th October, I received an email confirming that this will be between 8am & 6pm, this did not happen. I checked the website later that evening (as I couldn't contact them as they close at 6pm Monday to Friday and I had to go out) and it stated that they had left a calling card, this did not happen I know this as I checked my CCTV. I emailed on Saturday and they confirmed that they didn't deliver my parcel on Friday and this would now be delivered on Monday!!!!! I asked them to tell me why my parcel wasn't delivered as I had paid £3.95 for next day delivery - I still await a response from them.

Probably the worst parcel service in the UK. A company or individual that uses DX is simply stating that he or they wants to lose their package. Useless website, no one to talk to and very, very unprofessional delivery men. Unacceptable for a company like this to exist.

This company is now being used by Wiggle for their free delivery service. Easy to see why its free !!!. One delivery did not arrive when stated and the most recent one (10 days ago) was a shambles. One item left on door step (some safe place that !!) and the other larger item missing. DX claim on their tracking system that both have been delivered !!! DX won't deal with me and have referred me back to Wiggle, who don't seem to be in a hurry to resolve matter !!!

Extremely appalling service executed by very incompetent delivery staff full of lies, give false information and but don't even bother ringing the door bell and left the calling card claiming "nobody answered". It's expected as the Govt Agency awarded a long term contract to DX who have a total disregard for innocent citizens.
