I had never used a Mailbox facility until twenty months ago and I must admit to being slightly apprehensive before signing up as I didn't know what to expect in terms of service. However I was pleasantly surprised by the high levels of proficiency, dependability & professionalism. Crawford Street is managed extremely well by the exceptional Sandra - and I have also found the vast majority of her team (past & present) to be most welcoming, personable, helpful & efficient. I would therefore recommend this branch without any hesitation whatsoever.

Service from Mail Boxes Baker Street was excellent. Had issues with customs for a shipment that was sent. Luckily, the staff there had everything in hand and dealt with the problems from start to finish. Glad I didn't have to get involved as I wouldn't of have a clue on what to do. Had the absolute worst experience here. Went there to ship a small parcel weighting 0.5 kg through DHL and was given a ridiculous price of £102. Not to mention the staff provided false information saying the FedEx does not ship at the moment and that DHL has raised their prices due to COVID, which was absolutely untrue. Having not received a tracking number I called them up the next day and informed the parcel hasn't even been recorded with DHL. At this point I asked for the parcel to be returned and was told that I will not even receive a refund and that it was there policy.

I was helped the other day by Pau. Had to print some birthday invitations and he was able to show me the kinds of paper and formats they could print. They ended up looking very cute, good price and swift service.
Would definitely recommend if you need any printing jobs, they do pretty much anything.

There is a girl working there that has is very rude , has bad attitude and doesn’t have any costumer care skills , she replies Rudely and doesn’t give clear instructions and when thanked before leaving the shops doesn’t even reply....
If I was the owner I would give her a warning or fire her

Absolutely ridiculous. Price does seem to fluctuate on the day. I came a few weeks back for a one side black and white copy at the counter and was charged £1.20. Came back today and was charged £3.20 for a one page copy, to be told after I was charged that I could have gone upstairs to do it myself for £1. Dont go there and pay those insulting prices.

They never fail to help me even with the smallest jobs and will always go the extra mile, for instance in chasing up items lost by Royal Mail. Well worth any extra expense. Their service is so much better than the Post Office.

BEWARE. Where do I begin????? 30th September we paid £560 to send two boxes of samples to China on a 3 day delivery. Today is 13th November and they have finally arrived. We used Fedex as suggested by the sales person at the branch but after that we never had any communication from anyone at the branch. The Mailbox Crawford Street/Baker Street London never once replied to the 30 emails they where CC into, We had to pretend we worked at the branch and supply documents and paper work, invoices etc but NOT. ONCE did you ever reach out to us, your service is Appalling the worst I've ever know in my life. Anyone who's even considering using this branch take my advice and go somewhere else. Finally a MASSIVE THANKS to the branch for doing NOTHING to help us.

Hi Peter, I hope you're okay, please check this email trail and you will find that your staff didn't reply once. The samples that got seized by customs I fully understand it was the lack of support from your branch that was appallingly, did you know that even when customs and FedEx asked for details not once did your staff answer? We had to go through the customs process pretending that we was the Mailbox because you was the sender. Anyway your branch cost us a large order worth a serious amount of money, when I look back at what we endured I'm just stunned at the fact they never once offered any help, I even phone quite a few times, that's how I know your name. We all make mistakes, and I'm the first to admit to human error, but to not reply to so many emails and calls, I will leave you to make up your own mind. Many Thanks Nigel

I am not sure if people bother to read reviews on copy/mail places, but if you happen to read this, do yourself a favor and find a different shop. Ignoring the fact this place is really expensive, their 'policy' on quality of print is insane. My lady friend went in there to re-print a document that they printed on the wrong paper. At first they took ownership and reprinted, then a new employee, a very aggressive lady started yelling at my friend to pay extra (even though the other employee said it was his fault and their would be no charge). Whilst we were discussing it, she ripped up the original document in anger. Once she composed herself, realizing other customers were witnessing her aggressiveness, she reluctantly 'offered' to reprint the document. However, the printer was running low on ink and the new document was clearly sub-par and noticeably different. When I mentioned this, she refused to refill the printer as it was 'policy' to use it until it was completely empty. This is a terrible policy - basically they are saying they will give you a subpar product based on your timing of using their service. Printing, especially in color can be pricey, why would you pay a company that is willing to 1) give you a poor product on purpose and 2) yell and act aggressively at reasonable, willing to pay customers? I highly recommend finding a different outfit if you are trying to do something that matters.

Bad if you actually want to print or copy anything.
They told me I should go somewhere else for that.

Terrible service. Dropped off a FED-EX package (for which they charged a service fee of £10 for overnight delivery, not including FED-EX's charges on top of theirs). 1 WEEK LATER it was picked up by FED-EX. So much for overnight delivery!! Needless to say, the package was 7 days late in arriving (if it even arrives). However, I won't know that it was delivered until tomorrow.

They are agents for UPS but with a UPS prepaid return label they still want to charge a significant handling fee, which is outrageous. Preferred to pay royal mail to send my parcel than to hand money to these crooks.
