I have used this service for a number of years now and I would like to thank both ladies, Bridget and Naz for their services and their patience towards the sort of super rude customers with a very arrogant attitude and unrealistic expectations. Despite being treated badly by these type of customers, both Bridget and Naz have always kept their smile up and went the extra mile in helping their customers. Once again, thank you both for your services. The world would be indeed a better place without rude aggressive individuals.

Stay away from the store. Bad attitude, not organised, careless, aggressive, not listening to anything! Especially one particular staff here. This time I visited for printing and binding. Right after I gave my USB, she started to open files looked the contents this and that (which made me feel already bad), and just started printing without listening what I want to print. I organised all my files in order by numbers, so if she printed in order, there’s no reason for the files got mixed up. I didn’t even have time to explain what I want to print. Finally, I had to pay double for the printouts, including the wrong printed ones I do not need. Perhaps the store makes double income by doing that way, but I’m sure this way won’t last long. She kept saying that she was busy.There’s no reason for customers to take all this disadvantage due to her busy work. I didn’t go there to BOTHER the staff there. Also, there was no reason for me to be rushed by the aggressive staff. Printing is not a unique work. It’s just simple work. I wish they had a self-printing system so that the busy lady takes her time doing her own-busy work at home.

This is my local Mailboxes branch and sadly I won't be using it again. I am now fed up with the attitude and poor customer service from one particular member of staff there. She is bad tempered and surly, and doesn't mind showing it to her customers. Her colleague, on the other hand, is friendly and helpful. But I will still not be returning, any time soon.

Posted a rather large and heavy package to the USA, and came here due to it being near my workplace. I was greeted by Bridget, who weighed, packed up into the box and talked me through my shipping options. She was professional, friendly and went above and beyond. My package arrived safely yesterday and I am delighted. Would definitely recommend this service and use them again. Bridget, thank you so much for making my friends in the US enjoy their Christmas!

I had the weirdest experience with this specific office of this company just now. I asked to send a document to Sofia, Bulgaria using DHL service. The quoted price was £63. I told the lady that I usually send documents to Sofia, Bulgaria with DHL at half if not less than half this price and that I will not use the service if this is the final price. She confirmed that this is the price and I left without her making an attempt to double-check or anything. I walked to the nearby Ryman location (literally 1 min walk away) and sure enough I was charged only £26 for sending the document with DHL. I actually walked back to show her that I wasn’t trying to take advantage of her or anything and she just said “thanks for letting me know”, but she clearly wouldn’t care. So the conclusion is that this place is a rip-off and they apparently are aware about ir but don’t care. Make yourself a favor and walk for another minute.

By far the worst Mailbox I have used. Posted 2 parcels on the 30th for next day signed for. My parcels have only just been sent yesterday, so my customers make a compliant to me because you can’t be bothered to send them on time. Then you tried to charge 50p card fee, which 50p isn’t a lot but you can’t charge card fees anymore. The women were just way over the top and didn’t care less, you forgot about my stuff. Where’s the refund?

Stay away from this robbing lying company. MBE is THE worst service I've received ever hands down. I mean ever. Not only they robbed me and accepted package which they shouldn't have knowing there will be problems with customs, but when it got returned all broken and ripped apart, they only texted me to collect it asap. Not even an apology, I'm not even talking about refunds. Absolutely worst customer service despite multiple attempts to contact them and nicely ask to look into this situation. Total ignore. In the end I was robbed, my package ripped apart - what can I say - save your money and stay away from them! UPDATE: the response from MBE is yet another lie - they never looked into my issue, never provided answers despite many nice attempts to get a hold off them. They only seem to reply to negative reviews :) Anyway, if the management is reading this - there is a reason for so MANY bad reviews about your services. Maybe instead of covering your lies you should start thinking where have you gone wrong that so many people complain about your services? Poor rating of 3.1 doesn’t come from nowhere. Like I said, I won’t be using this service anymore and wouldn’t recommend anyone - hope my review can keep others away too.

I don't like to write negative reviews but have been really disappointed by the service received from the Waterloo Branch of Mail Box Etc. Yesterday I came to pick up a delivery after receiving an email just over a week ago advising of its arrival. I was delayed collecting it due to being out of London and it was an unplanned missing part of a previous delivery so I didn't know it was coming. On arrival the lady was on the phone and, on me asking for the package, did not hang up but rudely began talking ABOUT ME to the person on the other line (Who I assume was a colleague) saying how long the package had been there and how long I'd taken to collect it. I was a bit shocked but told her that I had only received the email last week, to which she replied that she had 'personally' sent one out much earlier than this. Then, instead of just giving the package to me, went to her computer and started scrolling through her emails looking for proof of this... unsurprisingly she could not find it. After paying an additional £12.50 late fee, she came round to my side of the counter in the main customer area and fetched my box - which was piled up alongside other customers' boxes behind some sort of cardboard cut-out in the corner - this is not at all secure as anyone could just walk in and take them... I could also see there was plenty of space in the area behind the counter where deliveries are meant to be kept. I would also like to note that earlier this year I received an email about a different delivery waiting to be picked up - I travelled from North-West London to Waterloo to fetch it (Waterloo is the closest branch to me that takes deliveries). On arrival the lady, without apologising, said that the email was meant for someone else and walked away. At the time I just put this down to human error but now I really wish I had said something considering they are not willing to extend me the same courtesy! I've decided to close my account, even though I had been using it regularly, as its more hassle than its worth. I've also noticed the two ladies working there can be quite rude with other customers too. Real shame.

Absolute worst place to send a parcel from, they’ve lost my parcel and on top of that the staff in there are extremely rude! Loads of spelling errors in their emails and they do not solve your query.

It was a pleasure dealing with Nas and Bridget. They made what seemed like a scary process via Fedex simple. I used them for 2 separate Fedex shipments and both arrived on time. For the second shipment, Bridget suggested repacking into a smaller box which reduced the shipping cost. I'll definitely be using them again.

Don't go here if you need a 'proof of purchase receipt'. I went here to post a Free Post package but I was told that they were able to provide me with a receipt because they do not have the facilities to do so! Postage would be at my own risk! :(

The personal approach to our very now Waterloo Mail box is exceptional- for new start-ups, an office with a fully functioning mailing service can be pricey, well this is the future for your everyday logistical needs, even if you're an international shipper like is! Staff, one in particular, abrupt, dismissive and just horrible customer facing manner. Will charge you first class postage as standard and only offer second class if you specifically ask. My most recently posted parcel sent from there never arrived.

In response -Alix McCulloch review of our shop We pride ourselves on good customer service – I have never seen a member of staff behave in anything but a professional way. All mail boxes and post office will standard offer 1st class unless requested, there are so many royal mail services it would take too long to offer all, however we do try. We are a re seller for Royal Mail, if something has reached its destination we will do everything to locate the package. However we need to be informed. Alix McCulloch is known locally, how sad that she feels this is an appropriate way to behave

The worst experience I had so far. I was in hurry what about I had apologized. I asked how long it's gonna take. And m'am replied "when the printing is finished". They had problems with printer so the document i wanted to be printed was printed in 2 pages instead of one. She didn't know how to use the printer. I asked why it's happening. And she replied that it's my fault because it's a photo of a document instead of a scan of it. She tried 2 more times with fitting photo one page but it didn't work. She said that she will not charge me for it this time. Yea....... like I was about to pay for something that was done very bad. I almost paid for nothing. I strongly advise to avoid this one print/copy service. I will never use service of this shop.

The website says they do it, the front of the store says they do it, but apparently MBE do not do printing. Who knew. Popped in and asked how I would get something done, and was told that they were 'not an internet cafe'. No questions, no further enquiries as to what I needed, just a desperately unhelpful and slightly patronising reply. I didn't want a bloody internet cafe. I wanted some documents printed. For anyone that does need printing, Rymans (1 min walk down lower marsh) does it, and they're quite friendly about it too.
