I'm so happy that I've found this place. It's not easy owning a Saab and finding a garage that will treat you well, but this one did! Roy's knowledge of Saab is amazing and he got the job done so quickly. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again!

The owner/mechanic did a brilliant job fixing a cooling fan issue on my Saab 9-5. The work was completed promptly and correctly, the price was spot on, and I was even advised of a couple of other potential issues to keep an eye on in the future. Will be using Mann and Woodland again.

The offside front window, got stuck in the down position and they were kind enough to tell me how to get the window up outside of their working hours. Very impressed by their friendly and invaluable advice.

I have trusted this independent small garage to maintain my Saab for five years now, and have received exemplary service and value. They are, as any customer will know, Saab specialists and have a breadth of knowledge encompassing classic models of the past as well as the more recent cars. Despite the sticky end to the Saab marque as it is known today, the garage has kept up-to-date with availability of spare parts even in the most difficult times, and have been demonstrably open, flexible and honest about repair work needed on a car that is now far from new. Recommended.

Initial enquiry was made and a rather stressed and unorganised man answered. I suggested that he call me back when less frantic, he said he would call in the hour. I never got that call back. Not a great start. I then called him the next day and booked the car in. Today I drove my car to his garage at the agreed time to be told there is no room for the car and could I park it on the seafront! This was a bit odd as he was expecting me and and surely should have made space for a vehicle booked in!? I was happy to do so but as I was intending on walking home with my dog I didn't have cash on me, not quite sure I've ever booked a car into a garage to be asked to pay to park it else where! When I told him I didn't have any money he became quite stressed. I asked him if he had any money to be told no initially. After my explaining that I didn't think I needed money to park he then went into his pocket and clearly did have change to assist with the parking. Dishonesty and very poor customer service isnt a great start when you are trusting someone to look at your car. Sadly after my initial phone conversation and then such rude and unorganised greeting on arrival meant I didn't give him my business. I'm sure he would have happily taken a lot of money off me when I paid his bill but he was reluctant to assist me with the parking of a car that was booked into his garage! Joke. A simple phone call to book it in at another time when there was room would have been perfectly acceptable on my part. Perhaps he needs to organise himself better and work on his attitude. I will be taking my car and no doubt a lot of money elsewhere.

Brilliant guys. Totally reliable, quick and trustworthy. I was passed on their details through word-of-mouth, and I am not disappointed. Very reasonably priced too. BTW... They worked wonders with my BMW Mini - they don't just do Saabs. Will definitely go back. Antony C - Hove

Always helpful, honest and knowledgeable (particularly about Saabs!) When I enquired about a problem at a different garage (because Mann and Woodland were closed), I was told to speak to Mann and Woodland because they were the experts!
