Nice shop and a good selection of products. Very expensive though and most of the items can probably be bought elsewhere far cheaper. Mainly aimed at tourists and people that live in well to do areas

Having undergone a recent renovation, the store is getting back to how it used to - a great store for design. Heal's has been around for a long time and has discovered some great designers, so it is fitting that they are focusing back on this again. If you want something unusual, Heal's is for you.

Nice furniture but horrible customer service. I ordered a dining table and the wrong product was delivered. Customer service was unable to deliver at a convenient time and made it seem like they were doing me a favour by delivering at a time that didn't work for me. If you want your furniture delivered on time with out excuses or meaningless apologies don't shop here.

There is a lot of positive about Heal's. Its Tottenham Court Road Store has carefully selected, beautiful furniture, beautifully displayed. We ordered two side tables in November 2016. One arrived after about 12 weeks. The other has taken 17 weeks so far and still counting. I guess I could live with that if they were honest with me and resolved the problem (which may not be their fault for all I know) but every time I email or phone (apart from the times they promise to get back to me and don't) it is always coming "next week". But as we all know, "next week" never comes. The thing is this; Heal's is not the cheapest; if you search the web you may find the same thing cheaper, so if they don't provide service ....?

Great for a range of quality furniture. Each dept not too much choice but good brands and pieces. Some overly pricey, some outstanding and unique.

Lovely furniture, unfortunately the customer service is beyond appalling. 10 weeks it has taken to arranged the collection of an item I wanted to be returned and a bed frame that was to be exchanged. With that now having been completed, It is now 10 days since I requested a refund for the returned item with nothing but a comment of 'its in my pile, i'll see when I can get to it'. Disgusted.

Without doubt the worst customer service we have ever received -AVOID. We order 2x tables over 3 months in advance to meet a very tight deadline. 30 plus emails and countless phone calls later: past the deadline we find the tables are in the sale and the couriers have sent them back to Heals! no apologies, tables still not arriving we ask for a discount on new purchases we are making and are flatly refused in store. After receiving tables and complaining we are offered £130 refund which is less than the tables have been discounted between purchase and delivery!! We have no choice but to except but now have been chasing the refund for over a month. All this is after spending over £10,000 in store in the last 6 months. Please avoid if you don't want to be sadly disappointed, shocking for a premium brand.

Just love this place. Expensive and gorgeous. The cafe is my favourite.

Really friendly and helpfull staff, it's expensive, but there are good finds to be found. The lighting department in particular is something dreams are made of, with those filamentous light bulbs in every size and shape imaginable. It's also home to the famous spiral stair case which is probably the most photographed set of stairs in London. If your in the area, you must see it.

A bit of an institution on Tottenham Court Road, Heals feels a bit stuck in the past. I can't imagine how they can possibly make any money out of the place, although I guess someone must be buying £10,000 sofas. The lighting department is fairly good, though.

Many stylish furniture related products. And never forget the famous staircase. You can just ask the staffs where to find it.

I'm still afraid to venture upstairs to the workshops and designer show rooms but the ground floor showroom is quite a treat. Surprisingly affordable if you value good design. Reminds me of DWR in America but without the pretense.

Very friendly staff, when you get hold of them (might have been understaffed that day..,Helpful staff, although it was a bit limited how much they actually could help with their product data. In the end they are sales people and not lighting professionals x

One star is already too much. Really beautiful showroom but worst customer service I've ever experienced. 14 MONTHS to get my order wrong about 10 times (delivering wrong colour, wrong material, broken or defective items among others...). Their customer service team might just as well not exist as they are incapable of getting anything right, from order to returns. Actually they are incapable of calling a customer back and are really disagreeable. My advice? Go there for the pretty displays and purchase your favorites on internet. Same furniture ordered on amazon was 20% cheaper and arrived in 2 weeks... Would laugh if it didn't make me want to cry...

London's premier furnishing store. Impeccable taste comes at a price, but it will last a lifetime. Go for it. Live a little.

Love the lay out , fresh and open . But prices very unrealistic . Obviously aimed for the upper 10% of high earners . Staff seemed friendly and efficient let themselves be known as available without crowding.

Good selection of goods, very friendly and knowledgeable staff in store but when it comes to delivery and interactions with customer service the experience becomes absolutely shambolic. From missed promised delivery date to lack of communication and poor delivery assembly service to courrier service that leaves you behind with goods not assembled and empty boxes whilst you have paid extra for the service...I have seen it all! and all this on orders that totalled a confortable sum of money; I would have expected at least an apology if not an offer for a discount on future orders; something to compensate for the very poor service; I got none! They cannot claim to be customer centric. Very shocking customer experience from a shop that sales high end furnitures. Sad.

The most atrocious online service (can you call it that?) I have ever experienced. Unanswered emails, and no one can tell me where my order is. £85 cushion and to be told 'it's not being delivered on time as it has arrived to us without stuffing'. Is that a joke? Terrible customer service - still no idea where half my order is!

Heals is full of beautiful, well-chosen things. Why not five stars? Because their prices are often well beyond my means! Still, a haven for home lovers and design fans

Traditional and contemporary furniture store with a friendly but not pushy staff. In addition to the major furniture items, they also have housewares, lighting, area rugs, and a cozy cafe for any shoppers you might bring along whose opinions you need but perhaps lack the stamina furniture shopping requires ;-)

Beautifully decorated with a sort of chic cosy-ness. Large rustic tables are perfect for groups and generously spaced, so you won't feel crowded. A relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff. I enjoyed the oriental chicken burger, very yummy and moist.

The grand dame of furniture showrooms. The building itself is a treat. The hidden gem is the upstairs cafe. Give yourself more time to browse.
