Phoned up Chris on the Friday before bank holiday weekend as my brake pedal would not move and the car was not driveable. Nightmare timing before going away for the weekend. Although he couldn't see me this afternoon, he spoke me through the solution on the phone and I managed to fix the problem. Such a nice, helpful guy. Even offered to come back and help me on Saturday even when he wasn't going to be open.
