Waiting very long time. Had to cancel the order not to miss our performance at the rfh. Staff were not helpful.
Came back a month later. Staff still very slow and I feel its fair to say food is overpriced compared with other similar London venues.

Lovely setting but the service is slow and unattentive. It’s really busy at weekends too so avoid if possible. There are some good vegan option on the menu though, and the portions are good value for money. Possibly not the place to go if you’re to avoid carbs though!!

Nice food but very rude staff who ignore you after looking right at you while chatting even though you're standing right in front of them waiting to be seated and giving dirty looks. Then dropping my food on the floor before it got to me.

Food was tasty, but service was poor. Some items we ordered never came and no apology was offered, only mistrust and had to double check with the waiter that I did not receive the missing items - this is the 'service' industry, it's not McDonalds... although McDonalds still has better service
