Avoid these guys at all costs, they promise you everything and give you nothing.
Promise - Whatever needs doing we will do sir, we have a reputation to protect.
Reality - Didn't even fix the things they found on their PDI, straight from previous owner to me.
They tried to palm us off with an unroadworthy vehicle with an MOT not worth the paper it is written on. Knackered suspension, damaged tyres, unserviced, the list goes on.
They had 3 opportunities to repair the vehicle and failed. I ended up fixings it myself and chasing them for compensation which I eventually only got a portion of.
I hope people read this before buying a car from ESP.

I spent 2 days solid looking round dealerships with no luck in finding my ideal work/family car until I came to ESP.
The staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they sell. they understood my needs and showed me round the cars that fit my needs and budget.
I found a car I liked and although it ticked most of the boxes it needed that little something extra, like a satnav and dvd player/games console for the kids and front parking assist.
"That's no problem. We can retro fit it all" they said. I also opted to have the inside and out superguarded to keep that new car look and feel.
So now I have the shiny new car I wanted that has more gadgets than the millennium falcon and it still cost less than I had originally budgeted for.
So I'd like to say a big thank you to the sales team for helping me find the car I wanted and the fitting team who fitted all the extras very professionally.
I know where I'll be coming when my wife needs a new car ESP.

Collected my new vehicle from the team at ESP Cars on Saturday. I have to say that this was the best experience of buying a car I have ever witnessed. From the point of enquiry to handover, Matt took care of all my additional needs and requirements. They offered me a very quick and easy funding solution, which meant that i didnt need to use my bank to borrow the money and actually when I priced checked it with my bank they were cheaper.....
All in all a very pleasurable and great buying experience, I would recommend anybody interestred in buying a vehicle to talk to these guys.

*DO NOT BE FOOLED INTO BUYING FROM THIS POXY COMPANY*
Absolute shocking service provided from this company, 1 day after purchase my dash illuminated like a christmas tree..... this problem went on for the whole time i owned the car (around 6 months). Coming to the conclusion after all the faffing around and trouble they had caused me by trying to blame me for the cars faults after around 20 miles of use enough was enough. I wanted a full refund as the car was deffective since day 1. They tried telling me i wasnt eligible for a full refund so after a few weeks of digging into the law it was made apparent i was entitle to a full refund, after going backwards and forwards trying to make them aware of my rights as a buyer there was still no co operation regarding my refund. So court action was taken and as soon as they realised i was not budging they agreed to refund the full amount. This is just an overview of my story trading with this company as i wouldnt trust them as far as i could throw them. They also trade under another company called lion motor group.

Wow! What a dealerership. I was lucky enough to secure a gorgeous BMW i8 with their help. Phil was a pleasure to deal and nothing was too much trouble. A large, high quality dealership, with good family morals linked in with great technical ability on site and very knowledgeable sales staff. My dream car was secured with my money but their eye and passion for top cars sealed the deal.
