Bought a car a few months ago the sales team were top notch not just Matt who I was dealing with all were friendly and chatty. Then I had a problem with my car rang them up I was booked in quickly, the service department were professional and good at what they did.
My car got sorted within the day with no fuss very happy with the service would buy a car from them again.

Checked out this place for an Audi TT. Saw a car that I liked and wanted to check it out.
As soon as I got there I was standing around for 10-15 mins before a member of staff actually approached me to help find the car.
Once I got to the car I was given some time to look around the car. Was left alone for close to 20 mins and was looking for the sales executive. Literally was leaving as I was tired of waiting until the sales exec saw me and started speaking to me about the car.
Car had some cosmetic damage which I was told would be taken care of. So far everything was going ok.
Asked the sales associate if I was able to take the car on a test drive and was told that I would not be allowed to take a test drive as many people are taking cars for test drives and are not serious about buying.
I was also checking out a BMW z4 not too far from this dealership and was told to first check out the BMW and if I didn't like that car then I could test drive the Audi TT.
Found it absolutely ridiculous that the sales exec was suggesting that I go to the other dealership first and then come back afterwards for a test drive
Felt like I had wasted my time and I personally wouldn't come back.
I felt that I was being treated as someone who had come to joy ride a car and ot purchase and wasnt taken seriously at all.
If you want to be taken seriously here you need to put down a deposit to show that you are interested in the car before they would accompany you on a test drive.
Absolutely ridiculous. Never had a experience like this before at a dealership.
Would definitely not buy a car from here.

I would highly recommend this dealer if you are looking to buy a new car. Although the car I was buuying was at the cheaper end of the great range of cars they offer, the service was still outstanding from beginning to end. Joel was really helpful in agreeing the sale and the car was prepared beautifully when I went to pick it up. The car developed a fault a couple of days afterwards and they bent over backwards to make sure that everything was sorted out satisfactorily. I would definitely buy a car from this dealer again in the future.

Esp really is a one of a kind car dealer. The team is highly driven and passionate about what they do and this is reflected in the customer service they give. I go to them for all my car services and MOTs and I have had no issues with the services they have provided me with. It's always a pleasure talking to the sales guys they go out of their way to make you feel welcome with a brew and their knowledge of the cars is impressive. I will remain a regular customer for the foreseeable future.

I purchased a Skoda Octavia from ESP in May 2017 and have had the opportunity to experience both their sales and after sales support. I was impressed with the site itself and found the no pressure attitude whilst walking around very refreshing.
The sales service was excellent and given the relatively low value of the car I was surprised with the "dealer" services that simply came as standard (in the way of a check of all the important bits of the car and refurbishing of wheels as part of the purchase price).
The car was ready and as expected on the agreed day looking nice and shiny and I drove away very impressed. Unfortunately, within a couple of days a knocking noise from the front of the car started getting progressively worse and wasn't something I remembered noticing on the test drive. A quick phone call to ESP at around 16:30 and they had me in and the car up on the ramp within 45 minutes of picking up the phone. They couldn't determine the issue there and then and it was getting close to the end of the day so they sorted a courtesy car for me and I was on my way within another 30 minutes or so. Luckily by 10:30 the following morning I had a call telling me the fault had been found, had been fixed, and the car was ready for collection. A simple issue with a rattling break disc shield. Disappointing that it was missed before collection but at the same time a good insight into the speed of the after sales service that has left me feeing very impressed.
I've now had the car a couple of weeks and have had no further issues at all and it's driving lovely.
Overall very impressed, and I'll certainly consider buying from them again.

ESP supplied a towing bracket for my new car, which was a bit troublesome since the software did not work at first attempt (no fault of ESP). However they were able to sort the problem out very quickly (next day) with new firmware from the supplier, and then reprogrammed the system. They acted in a very professional way, gave confidence they knew what they were doing and I would use them again ! So thanks to the team great job.

I really liked the fact I was left to browse all of their cars at my own leisure, no pushy salesmen trying to force a sale on you. The finance set up was almost effortless and at a very reasonable rate. Matt also gave me a very good price for my part exchange (previously purchased from ESP).

As promised. Big thanks to both Phill & Matthew. If you are thinking of buying a car on a long long distance basis, then you have nothing to worry about! I purchased a vehicle from Phill over the phone, based on Phill's appraisal of the vehicle over the phone we had a deal. Upon arrival car was spot on. It was cleaned and ready to go on time.
Quick & easy hand over, Phill was very good & explained all the products in depth. Matthew worked hard to make the figures work with out part exchange which made me buy the car.

Terrible wouldn't go there again if you paid me, rip off, seriously bad after sales - falling all over you to buy a car then don't want to know if something goes wrong after. Should have done some research beforehand - garage itself looks amazing, high tech etc but rather than throwing money at aesthetics they should concentrate on providing a good, honest service - be warned.

Just recently bought myself a Corsa VXR from these guys at ESP. The service I received was first class. My previous car I bought was from my local main dealer. The ESP team seemed so much more professional and friendly. With not being sure which car I wanted, Ash and Wayne were both at hand to help with the huge selection of cars they had. After a coffee and a road test, I knew this was the car for me. There was no rush or push from these guys. To top it off, they gave me a really good trade in for my old car.
Much better experience than any other dealership I've been too. Will definitely be recommending others and I know when I'm due for a new car, this is the only place I will go to.

Couldn’t ask for a more friendly and well presented company selling used cars.
After emailing about a GTD and sending photos of my JCW. Phil easily met my trade-in value.
Phil was extremely helpful throughout the full process and was not your typical car sales man.
When collecting the GTD he went through all the paperwork and all the options on the car.
I didn’t view the car before putting a deposit down, but that was no issue as the car was as described if not better.
Would highly recommend ESP Cars to anybody looking to buy a car!
Thanks again Phil it has been a pleasure not doubt that I’ll be looking to buy again in the future.

Will try to make it short. I bought a BMW 4 series convertible recently . I wasn't happy when I came home and saw my mileage on the car. The car was sold to me with 25000 miles and it actually was 26500 something miles. I shpuldnt have trusted them blindly and it was cold and dark. I know ky fault but still there should be some honesty. I was very pissed off. I even emailed them about it but they didn't even bother to give any response. I was just happy with my new car so didn't bother but I don't think they will cater you or your problems once the car has been taken off from their garage. So deal at your own risk.
Also they charged me £99 extra just because I used £2000 from my credit card. They didn't inform.me about it before I arranged for collection.
Very important : DONOT BUY RAC INSUARANCE COVER. It's not actually RAC it's a company called TWG which is using their name but will try their level best to not compensate you incase anything goes wrong with their car . Please read RAC reviews before buying them. They are almost all bad. I haven't used it but regret not buying the BMW cover instead which was only a couple of hundreds more.
Overall, I don't like dishonest people and once I had emailed them they should have at least responded or refunded some money since every mile on the car depreciates it's value.

Really, really BAD customer service & after-sales. Arrogant, aggressive & plain rude - do NOT buy a car from these guys - I bought a car that needed almost 4k worth of work done within 6 months, bad enough you would think but even worse is the fact that they refuse to accept any responsibility or offer ANY kind of solution for me - I was basically told on the phone that it was my problem now. Since speaking to other professional mechanics & car dealers they have all told me horror stories about this garage....stay away & look for another dealer. I have NEVER experienced such bad service & after sales, they were all falling all over me to buy the car then at the first sign of problems (I mean major problems) they do not want to know at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS....
