A very friendly environment, start to finish sold the car well... NO hidden issues as are with most dealerships... The car was all as original and I know as I've been in bodywork for 11 years and go over cars with a fine tooth comb! Couldn't fault the saleman Aaron, I know he's a job to do but he did it well.

I'm extremely difficult to impress but I have to say I'm very impressed.
Won't bore you with the details but I'll just say from the very 1st enquiry I have been very well looked after by Aaron, Matt and Dan through the whole process of buying my A5 cabriolet. I was offered a very competitive price for my car and negotiated a reasonable price on the A5, all over the phone !!.
Upon visiting I found the A5 exactly as described and was more than happy with the car. Up until now I have always bought from a dealer, but I'll say when it comes to replacing the wife's car this is the first place I will look.

Very good stock, with well-chosen cars. Online representation of the car was accurate. Rang ahead to arrange viewing time and was given good assistance and time to look and then test drive. After buying the car, it was prepped to a very high standard for pick up the following week. Phil M was very helpful. Would buy from here again.

Very positive buying experience with ESP and would highly recommend them for your next car purchase. My car was an immaculate example, pristine condition and very happy with the purchase. I dealt with a great bunch of friendly guys and once the purchase was agreed, the paperwork process was quick and seamless.
The car was as described, came with all supporting paperwork and ESP did what they said on the tin!
Even a couple of the (very minor) paintwork blemishes that I had pointed out and hadn’t been touched up, they did on the day in front of me when I picked up the car.
Great customer service is hard to come by these days, so give ESP a try.
Will definitely be back to ESP for my next car purchase.

I would love to share my buying experience with ESP cars
I usually dread the whole tracking down and purchasing a new car,however on this occasion things were quite different
I can honestly say that these guys have got an awesome thing going from preparation of vehicle to the purchase process
I was very pleased with every step
Asking for and receiving 100 % efficiency seems to be a thing of the past and rare.
I challenge any potential customers to give these guys a try and experience the professionalism and passion they have ,the preparation Manager has been working there for two decades and is a real asset to the team
The sales team are very efficient ,honest knowledgeable with a can do attitude and do not try any pressure after sales tactics
One last comment to support the quality of these guys is that the true test of a companies quality and ethics is normally only found when something is wrong .
On this occasion I made an incorrect assumption without checking regarding a specification element of my new car,despite ESP being 100% within their rights to point out that they have more than fulfilled their contractual obligations they moved heaven and earth to resolve this issue and supported a complicated specification upgrade to ensure I was totally happy

Spoke to Wayne on many occasions after negotiating a price for my car. He was fair and agreed to meet what i asked for as long as i brought the car to him and stopped advertising. I could have got more if i had waited longer but trusted Wayne and when people were warning me that he would knock price down when i got there Wayne was reassuring and told me straight that this would not happen. He looked after me and kept to his word. He was excellent throughout the sale and made sure handover was quick and easy. Money went into my account in minutes. If anyone has a nice car for sale and isn't getting the interest privately then i strongly advise you ring esp cars. If your car is a nice car it will be appreciated and if you are 100% honest with the condition you will get what Wayne offers. He's excellent to deal with. Many thanks Wayne and good luck selling my great car. It will make a customer very happy.

On the face of it ESP cars seemed very helpful and accommodating but not so! I agreed a deal on the car I wanted to purchase over the phone as I live 170 miles from the dealership. Everything was in place and I specifically made sure I asked about the car in detail especially the body work. After driving the 170 miles to collect the car I can only say the bodywork was one of the worst I have ever seen on a second hand car !! There was scratches all over the car that were glaringly obvious and countless large chips out of the paintwork that had attempted to be covered over with paint that didn’t even match the colour of the car . The attitude we were meet with was completely nonchalant . They thought the car was a normal representation of a second hand car - IT WAS NOT!! Very little was offered to rectify the situation so I had my deposit refunded and wasted a 6 hours travelling and 340 mile round trip . Would seriously not recommend!!

It’s taken a while to write this review, but it’s a review that I need to write. ESP cars provided an excellent service when bought my car back in October 2017. They were friendly and not in the least bit pushy. Thanks the sales team for sorting out the car quickly and doing a great job in putting even the smallest defects ( I couldn’t spot them!) right within 48 hours. And a big thank you for letting my son look over a Lamborghini which made him day.
I’ll be back to ESP cars when I’ve saved up for my next motor!

My partner and I travelled over 200 miles to buy a lovely Jaguar from ESP cars. In the end, we couldn't come together on a price and we left empty handed. Had we actually been able to drive the vehicle, I'm sure we could have agreed on a price as we were only 2.5% away from their price and just 5% away from the sticker price on the car.
The good bits - friendly and knowledgeable salesman ( Phil ); great car, very well presented - actually they had a terrific selection of vehicles; we were given plenty of time to check the car over and given all of the car documentation to study; all of our questions were answered in full.
The not so good bits - we couldn't get a test drive even though we had advised the garage we would be driving 200 miles to come and view the car; during negotiations on price, the garage made some odd claims - such as the car's value would increase in a few months and having them stamp the service book instead of a Jaguar dealer would not affect the value of the car ( this was a £40k Jag with a full Jaguar main dealer service history ).
As I said, we left empty handed and quite disappointed. We really wanted the car and were very close on price but with just a very basic warranty, no test drive and some dubious claims from both the sales person and sales manager, we decided to walk away.

WOW!!! What an experience from start to finish! Great place, great people. Not the standard sales patter just a brilliant knowledge of everything from the Range Rovers all the way down to my Leon.
Not only was the knowledge great but also the service from buying the car, then when I picked it up It was valeted and I also arranged for a Parrot kit to be fitted for my phone.

They looked after me and my wife when we went in to find a family car and couldn't do enough for us. Their customer service was excellent, they gave us lots of great advice and plenty of cars to choose from... and then to top it all off found us a real bargain!!! which I wasn't expecting from such a big company (Plus, I never really trust sales guys anyway), but these guys were genuinely great! 100% recommended!!!

I had a amazing experience dealing with ESP Cars. I’d been looking for an Abarth for months to no avail, and it wasn’t until I saw one pop up on Saturday evening on Auto Traded that it all changed.
The following morning I was straight on the phone and I dealt with Phil, who was really down earth and in no way your typical salesman. He answered all my questions, and helped every step of the way to ensure I could get my hands on my dream car. I even got photos and videos sent to me which was a really nice personal touch!
Within a week the car was mine and I couldn’t be happier. Excellent work to all the team for prepping the car to an immaculate standard , and making the whole thing seamless. Special thanks to Phil!
