I bought my first car from Autowave Sandiacre a little over a month a go and I am really pleased with the service I have received so far. The car is a good little runner. It had a few marks and cosmetic issues which weren't described in the car listing, but they are not really a concern to me given the price and condition of the rest of the car. Everything was handled smoothly, and they even helped me to set up road tax at the time and let me sit in the carpark for a while while I sorted out drive-home insurance. The car came with a 3 month gearbox and engine warranty, & 1 year free breakdown cover with AA, which was a bonus I really wasn't expecting from a used car sale. I recently contacted a staff member, Suzannah Owens about an issue I am having with the gearbox, and she very quickly arranged for me to see someone at their Long Eaton branch (next week) to get it looked at and (hopefully) sorted out. All in all, I found the staff to be incredibly polite and helpful at every instance. I would definitely recommend them.
