Went with my son to buy his first car in January 19, no pressure sale of a 95 plate fiesta. Sadly the car had a few issues , one we were made aware at the time of the sale and a date booked to resolve the problem. A few others issues were noted including a noisy fan belt and loose gear cover then a battery that wouldn't keep charge...but all quickly resolved under the warranty. Simon is a really good bloke who will do his best for you. Can highly recommend Autohaus!

Be careful about the cars. Very polite & friendly. I will NOT deal with him again. Had a small problem with the car ( NO FAULT OF SIMON'S ) but he knew about it as well as the head gasket, Thanks Autohaus. Update: took the car back with a diesel leak, the garage he sent me to couldn't find any thing, it is now dripping fuel from the pump & a rocker cover bolt was missing, so that is why it was using so much oil ! Tried calling Simon, NO answer. If you are going to buy a car from them get a AA check done on the car.

I purchased a vehicle mid 2017 from Simon at Autohaus, lovely looking car inside and out, sold to be fully working and the guy seemed to know his stuff.
We ended up taking the car back about 10 weeks later due to numerous issues with engine lights, bulb lights and various other small issues (the battery was knackered within 2 months which i had to fork out £120 for)
We part exchanged the vehicle for another, within a week of having the vehicle we found that the CD player didn't work, the dash didn't light up and the drivers side window stopped working.
We never contacted Simon again as I felt these were small issues (turns out there not) however we do feel that we will not be back there again to purchase another car.
The guy who owns it is a lovely chap and very professional, its just after buying 2 cars both with faults (whether small or large) we feel a bit let down with the standard of vehicles - maybe we were just unlucky?

I purchased a car from Autohaus in January 2017. The car started to fail within 48 hours, and being a reasonable person, I brought the car back to be fixed. After 3 failed attempts, they refused to issue a refund, and I had to take them to court to get my refund. 9 months of pain later, they were ordered by the court to cover the full refund as well as all associated court fees. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with how they handled things! Autohaus had no regard for consumer law! Buyer beware, it might be a great purchasing experience, but if something goes wrong with your car, be prepared for a fight to get them to do the right thing.

Bought a Ford focus ghia of him broke down on the first day. Took it in under warranty got it back two days later. Broke down again took it back again got it back after telling him if it broke down for a third time I'd want my money back. Low and behold it broke down again, all he could keep saying was how good a car it was and name dropping the previous owners on how they'd looked after it. If it's such a good car it wouldn't have kept going faulty. Avoid the place as you'll only loose money.
