I've just purchased a car for my daughter from PartXCentre. I feel I must leave a review for PartXCentre. I was struggling to get there to view the car. Katie couldn't have been more helpful. She arranged For me to view the car at
7 pm.
We done the deal and collected the car the following Saturday. My daughter drove the car home completely happy ????.
On the Monday we had a small issue , I contacted Katie and explained the issue.
She could not have been more helpful.
Within a couple of days the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend PartXCentre ,
and Katie was simply brilliant.

Amazing customer service. We went to purchase a car with 2 young children and was made to feel so comfortable. I was dreading having to go and find a new car,after a week of looking online and phone calls I decided to look at 1 at the partxcentre as the lady on the phone was very knowledgeable and friendly.I went to view car and took it for a drive,great I had it,nothing was too much trouble,there was no rushing,we sat and had a coffee and a chat and arranged to pick the car up the following week.picked the car up after a few days I noticed a small leak so rang up and it was delt with and repaired straight away. I recommend them to everyone,for stress free easy car buying they are fantastic lovely people,I will definitely be returning for my next car

Probably the most honest,trustworthy knowledgeable and professional car dealership in the UK. Katie was relaxed but still professional in her approach and never once used the normal sales patter that you get from other dealerships. she treated us as if we were a friend or a family member, I have read the other reviews and 5 stars is not enough and completely agree with what they say

I have bought seven cars in the last five years and have to say, the service I received from PartXCentre Castle Donnington was second to none!
The car was excellent condition and clearly very well cared for by the previous owners, the only slight issue was a slow puncture in one of the tyres which they sorted there any then, literally.
The car was professionally valeted and almost like new.
The staff are great, polite and friendly and very honest. On returning to pick up the car it felt like being reunited with old friends, rather a used car dealer that I had met for the first time the previous day!
Within a couple of weeks the airbag warning light came on, I let them know and they apologised profusely, almost like it was their fault, they made time to see me the SAME day to get the problem sorted.
They will help in any way they can, they got my number plates sorted so I could transfer my private reg and contacted the previous owners to try and locate the missing spare key!
In conclusion, top class service and a great experience, I would highly recommend PartXCentre to anyone!
