I haven't had much experience with anyone other in this embassy, other than Natasa from the consular services. I heard really nice things about her, but even then I was not prepared for her level of kindness. helpfulness and humour! I am absolutely blown away by how much she's willing to help at any point in the day, find out everything you need and provide it. Thanks for all your help and work, Natasa!

I've had an amazing experience in Serbian Embassy. All of the staff that work in Serbian Consular are professional, polite and helpful. Nataša is fabulous and friendly, and as soon as I met her, she put me at ease. She dealt with my issue in a professional manner, and I couldn't be more grateful.

The best thing one can say, you were received and made to feel like home by the staff of the consulate. Efficient, selfless, courteous service, something much less likely to be found in Serbian government institutions themselves. The security is of course 90s era, sloppy and rude.

So Rude people, the operator in the consulate does not have education at all! She cut me off with no reason! People like her should never move from her country because does not know how to treat people abroad. It is hard to believe that she works in customer service. One advice, do not move from the consulate because you will not find a similar job with your manners. Super impolite!!! I still can not believe how rude she is. Speechless!!!!

Danas 10 Juna gospodja iz konzularnog se nije predstavila primila je moj poziv u 10 i 58 I maltene me je u kratkom roku istretirala kao nekog glupaka za 3 minuta .
Nije me uopšte htela jasno da sasluša .Razlog mog poziva je bio da zatrażim pomoć oko vadjenja lične karte i pasoša zbog namere da se u Srbiju vratim posle toliko godina u inostranstvu kupim nekretinu ulożim u biznis .
Ali eto nisam naišao na nikakvu pomoć . Ne mogu više da idem u Srbiju i da me šetaju od ustanove do ustanove u zadnjih 6 -7 godina za grešku u jednom slovu u izvodu iz matične knjige rodjenih koju je neko tamo svojom nemarnošću napravio.
