Brilliant service from assistant number JL8385. I was in such a rush i didnt ask her name but she saw i was hurrying and directed me to the correct product then opened a new till and served me very quickly. Great work John Lewis. Give that woman a pay rise.

We had an appointment booked with Phil and he was top class, so knowledgeable, patient and just a pleasure to deal with.

My go-to place for anything I need and as far as I'm aware this store also has the most complete collection. Smack in the middle of Oxford Circus. I just hope they won't sell half their shop floors due to COVID-19 as suggested in the news because that would be a real pity.

Hasn’t seen any department store with this crowd in my country before.
Comfortable ambient.
Friendly and skilled staffs.
Love to spend time in the home section.
Can even custom made curtains here.
They even provide small tiles of carpet samples for you to take home to plan your stuffs.
