We bought a house being marketed by Middletons just before Christmas and found them incredibly easy to work with throughout the process. They were very responsive in arranging viewings, during negotiation and then throughout the remainder of the process. We had a devoted person at each stage of the process and they were readily available whenever needed. Julie and the team were fantastic, highly recommend.

We were impressed with Paul when he did the valuation He seemed very keen to get our property on the market His enthusiasm and the speed with which he did this was really encouraging
Photos were taken and our brochure produced within a few days We were really impressed with this brochure Brilliant job Paul Well done
Right from the beginning and all the way through the process the feedback on our property was really good
When we received the offer we were given information about the chain and financial position of our proposed buyer
We think the staff at Middletons worked hard to get us the best price
All through the process we were kept informed after the sale was agreed right through to the completion day

We sold through Middletons having bought the house originally through them. After the turbulence of loosing our buyer due to the original COVID lock down and uncertainty this caused. Middletons were very helpful in finding another buyer quickly. Despite the selling process going on for 6 months with all that has happened. Julie who has dealt with us throughout has been brilliant and professional. She went to a great level of professional and personal dedication to assist us after having to relocate before completion due to work commitments. In this time she helped us as a neighbour would, checking on the property and pushing along what was a very long chain.
We were extremely happy with the work Julie has put in to making this happen for us.

Julie and the team have been absolutely incredible during my house move from first point of sale to listing and viewings and everything in between, even when faced with difficult solicitors and problems (none down to Middletons) and i fully credit that i have actually been able to move house down to their hard work, dedication and clear communication
out of my entire chain i feel like Middletons had the most professional and helpful input (i had to talk to a lot of estate solicitors and estate agents) with almost immediate response times and more than often going way above and beyond to get the best and most efficient result.
No matter who I spoke to in the office they were all kind and helpful with any matter that i had and never felt like i was being a burden with any questions that i asked, compared to other businesses where it feels like they are trying to rush to end a phone call this was very refreshing
i will 100% use Middletons again without any hesitation if i do decide to move house in the future

Amazing value for money.
I had no experience of Middleton's before I was offered a house valuation via Rightmove. I had already checked out my favourite online, hybrid and traditional estate agents and wasn't sure which way to go.
Middleton's offered all the benefits of a traditional agent at a price to match the online pay up front ones.
Being very sceptical I asked loads of questions before signing up thinking it sounds too good to be true.
They sold my house quickly for the best price achievable and helped with processing the sale. Start to finish they've gone beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them if you're considering selling your property.
