Not very good experience with Morrison Brighton , customer service staff is horrible , they don't even care or listen to customers. I brought a sandwich but later realised that it has a egg content, and thought of to return immediately, but service staff is saying like sandwich became hot now we can't return it, such a lame response, it's hardly been 2 mins I brought and the lady was very rude. also it was my fault that I did not get a receipt in self checkout, otherwise it wound have been better.

One of the worst supermarkets in the city, more like an off licence than a supermarket. Avoid it if you can, alcoholics & drug addicts, shoplifters and beggars a plenty.

Friendly and helpful staff. Can get busy at peak times. Sometimes doesn't always have what I want but generally stocks most things. Bakery is excellent.

I always appreciate the staff in supermarkets, they have to put up with us scurrying around grabbing at food like we're the only ones wanting it.
Morrisons is just another supermarket in my opinion, yeah it's a bit cheaper I guess.
The main thing that places like this need to enforce is not parking your shopping trolley sideways in the aisle.

Rather a small store, and can feel somewhat claustrophobic at times. I like the fish counter. It has a good selection of fresh fish on offer. Packaged fish is also good quality. Great meat counter, and the packaged meat is great too, with a good selection on offer. Look out for meat and fish bargains in the small fridges, one at either end of the fish/meat counter. There are the usual items available for your daily/weekly shop. The store can be very busy at times, but I cannot say when the best time to shop is. For those driving, there is a small car park above the store.

I quite like Morrisons. It has a reasonable range of products which are competitively priced. It also does a good range of its own products - very good organic ground coffee, for instance. Nothing beats shopping local but as supermarkets go, I favour Morrisons.

I never used to like Morrisons, but i see that their prices are much lower than few years ago. Good size store. There is a but - i cant get fresh fruit and veg (there is some, but very little) at around 8.30 in the morning because it is not out yet and staff are not very keen of getting it from the back.
