When I first started ordering online from Morrison’s they gave me some wrong items, which was weird. The second time last week they gave me some wrong items again, and I was getting annoyed. Then tonight the delivery driver came late, and gave me some wrong items I never ordered....again!!! I had enough of ordering online. When this pandemic is over I’ll go back to shopping in supermarket!! ????????????????

Staffs are discriminating, especially to Asian people, unfriendly and rude. My partner's mask loop was broken, one of the staffs said:"you must get out of here", even we explained, also he is arthmatic, the other staff showed his disabled badge. But at the same time, a few of other staffs didn't have any face cover on, and I don't believe that they were all disabled, and the staffs were serving customers in the self check out, what was all that about? Tell your staff to stop doing this, no matter what color people are, and tell people nicely when they are doing incorrectly, it doesn't cost anything.

Has everything!! Great prices, huge range of stock. The only let down is waiting for staff for hot food can take a few mins..
At peak hours the ques move quite quickly so that's not much of a worry!

Appalling shop! During the pandemic it is paramount to plan internal spaces in order to manage traffic and help customers with social distancing. Not to mention the empty bottle of hand sanitiser. Poor measures in place which clearly management seems to ignore.

Was just a quick visit to get some more chicken for Max. Service was excellent and I used the hand gel coming in and out. The only drawback is that they don't do home delivery.????

Good local supermarket in the centre of Brighton. Has a good selection and staff are very friendly. Easy to get to and has access to a bus stop just outside and one around the corner that most busses stop at. Also very close to the beach for snacks and drinks.
