Staff do wear face coverings but some don’t wear face coverings and when you ask why they give you attitude. Customer service is a joke the one guy on self service is rude and walks around like he owns the place. I was under the impression that all staff must wear a face coverings as what they say but when you go there it’s a different story. Shame really

Security guard followed me and my friend round the store staring at us because we had a large Ikea bag which we used to take mucky clothes to the laundrette with. Really off putting and unprofessional.

If you go by 7 to 8pm, you might find fresh food discounted and they try to clear off things so they don't spoil. Lovely store though. I come here a lot.

For a small supermarket, it has a good selection. Their meat is always good (I bought a piece of beef silverside) and their plants are very good value and grow well; they just have a very limited stock at any one time. I bought two clematis on this visit.

Morrisons, great selection of fairly priced vegan/veggie food. You can recycle most types of plastic there too. Also, as an added bonus you never know what you will see whilst shopping there, really! The staff are quite frankly, saints and all deserve to be paid more than they are.

I bought some cooking and baking ingredients and a couple of special offers which I hadn't planned but buy items with long use by dates when the price makes it worthwhile. I like the women on the tills always friendly and chatty.
A lot of other shops should observe the Morrisons staff.
Helpful, friendly and help desk staff know their stuff and sort out any problems quickly and professionally. Thank you all.

TOO MANY PEOPLE INSIDE ! WENT TODAY, FELT SO IN DANGER ! THERE IS A GUY OUTSIDE LETTING TOO MANY PEOPLE IN AT THE TIME ! IT WAS SO CROWDED, IMPOSSIBLE TO KEEP THE SAFETY DISTANCE ! I often shop here, because it’s my local but as a regular customer my experience when paying is always poor. The self service layout terrible and when the EPOS fails the staff always think it’s my fault (?!?!). So please treat me with respect next time Christian. Also I wish you would re design the layout, move all the junk snacks and magazine area (that is always empty), to allow people to pay and leave. If you need help I’ll do a flow simulation for you and show you how to improve it. Anyway please treat us like customers not rodents infesting your store.

Some really strange items you'd expect to be carried which aren't, like... a particular type of fresh pasta you might be looking for, for example, or a certain herb or spice which you just assume will be there but isn't. I dunno. It serves its purpose in that you could live solely off the food offered, but you'd find doing so quite restrictive.
