How extremely disappointed I am with Cromwell Road branch no words can describe. I purchased a Henry cordless vacuum Cleaner for £199.99 when I got home I realised it was a returned item with battery charger, 2 batteries, accessories missing and it was dusty and no packing material. I do not know how someone could have the heart to return this and how an Argos employee can accept this return without checking and then reselling it to a customer? It’s shocking.

I have always loved this long established company. Now that most of their stores are located in Sainsbury's supermarkets and pickups available also at Sainsbury's local stores, it just means it's even more convenience with the same good service. Great range of products.

you order some thing online you are told.it.be in on Friday. then simes disappeared from sight.you go on live chat nothing happens. now one nows what is going on with order.they have money for 10 days. argos are a joke ,not the staff of shop.they are outstanding. it's those who work in offices .and hide behide live chat. thanks argos for nothing.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting my experience to be as smooth as it was but I was wrong. I promised the manager I'd make sure I write a review so here goes. I purchased a TV back in March,(early covid 19) I ordered it and picked it up from Argos Cromwell, I got home, set it up only to realise it was faulty so I tried taking it back to the same store for an exchange but I was told that they weren't accepting refunds or exchanges till after stores re-open. I was super upset because not only had I spent a lot of money for this tv, I was also left with a faulty tv. I called customer service and explained what had happened so I was assure that the store would provide me with a new one. 6 weeks later I saw that Argos was accepting refunds and exchanges so I went to the store again and spoke to Foyjul (Manager). he ordered me a new one and told me to pick it up the next day while returning the faulty one. He even let me check the new one to see if it wain good condition. it was good and I am a happy customer,. Thank you Foyjul

Abismal customer service, completely illegal practices. Refused to refund a clearly faulty item which had broken at the hinges (I believe that counts as a manufacturer defect) the manager told me that it's accidental damage even though I had only own the item for 6 month's so the item is covered under the one year manufacturer's warranty. Return accepted at another store 15 minutes away (Sainsbury's Fulham Wharf). Highly illegal and incompetent, this is actually the 6th defective item (different brands and sizes) I have brought from Argos in 12 months. Not likely to be a customer again any time soon

I bought a very expensive gadgets from your company (Apple pen 2 (£119) and 10.2 ipad 7th generation (£450)) aparently both does not match and tried to consider returning the less expensive but was denied by your crew and manager ( 19th May at 16:30 ), the reason being is that the box was opened and onviously the seal was taken off, but my question is how would your costumer know that the product is working without opening and trying it?... this you cannot even answer, I will escalate this issue to a higher rank and hope no costumer will experienced your poor costumer service at this branch.

I have visisted your branch today 19th May 2020 at 1630 to hopefully return one of the item I purchased for my son's Bday (apple pen 2 (£119 and 10,2 ipad 7th generation (£450 )), and was aiming to return the less expensive item which is the apple pen 2 and I was asked by your staff to confirm all purchase record, email and even the card I used to pay, he then went to speak to the store manager and later denied a refund because the box is opened and seal was obviously off too, but how silly it is !!!! how can you test the gadgets that we order from you without opening it, I believe it is the only way how to test it right?... costumer service here is very poor
