Not great , when I bought the car the tyres were cracked and flat ,They wouldn't change them so I asked for them to check for punctures which they confirmed they did ,But I had to top them up,all four tyres are losing about 5lbs of air a week , took it back they re checked and changed some valves, I was waiting about 4 hrs ,
Tyres are still going down and they just want to check them again , I don't want to have any more days wasted ,The staff are friendly enough I just get the feeling they avoid spending money on stock,

Lovely welcome, got asked what we were looking for and told if we needed any help then to just ask.
We had a look at some C4 Grand Picasso’s and then went in to ask for advice on alternative vehicles just to see what comparisons there might be.
We were basically told that we needed to go and look what there was and if we decided on something then someone would help us.
I explained we wanted some advice on what might be better on different vehicles but again he basically said it was up to us to look and make our own mind up.
So we got in the car and went home!

Very pleased with part exchange and new vehicle we purchased. Sales team not pushy and generally very 'normal' staff!. Everything was ready when they said. Only complaint is the amount of paper pushed across the desk - why isn't this offered in a digital solution?

If I ever wanted to waste an afternoon and be ignored I would go back to Available car. On the other hand, if I wanted to buy a car I would go to another car sales garage where they might be interested in my business. What a shambles.

Pros - Lots of cars available, if you are not sure what you are after then it's a great place to look around. Presales staff friendly and helpful and not pushy at all. Obviously get the usual push for "protective coating" but you will get that anywhere now. Was given more than enough time on test drive to check the vehicle over and it looked as described
Cons -
Warranty not available for model I was looking at, but this was not mentioned until later on than I would have expected
Pretty poor trade in offer on current vehicle even though website prides themselves on "best price part exchange" - have since been offered considerably more from main dealer
Sales area open and loud, sales manager was difficult to hear and very quiet. Asked to speak up but no better, this is ultimately what blew it for me. If you were discussing finance details I sure hope they have a side room as some may find this sensitive to speak about in the open

A good place to come and look around. They had loads of cars, so many that it took us a couple of hours to look at them. They are all open and can be inspected easily. We saw a model we liked and bought it at a much better price with a higher trim from a main dealer so treat their prices with caution.
