When we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff who gave helpful directions. Once we had chosen a vehicle we liked, we were given the ability to test drive. The sale of the car was quick and easy and overall a good experience. We also found out they were dog friendly as they allowed us to bring our 3 month old puppy while we swapped cars.

Always busy, all staff are friendly and helpful with a professional attitude, if all are busy you'll be directed to sit in their comfortable waiting area where you can get free hot and cold drinks. Until a member of staff becomes available. We've bought our last three vehicles here, very fair prices. Will definitely be back!!

Not very happy with the after sales team and manager. Car needed a new cam belt, because it was not done at prep (5 years old) I was told that it was done after I returned it. But when I got home, I noticed a sticker in the engine compartment that stated that only the water pump, and belt tensioner was replaced, and NOT belt.. So called manager about my concern!! But it fell on deaf ears... So I’ll probably go and get the timing belt check at a independent garage. Because I have no trust with them anymore. This was the first car I’ve bought from Available Cars, for my daughter. And it will be my last.. The sales team was great. But the after sales are s**t

Mouldy Cars, yes I mean you open a door and the inside arm rest has mould growing all over it, disgusting! Drinks in cars! Don't know how why what, but coffee cups in them with fur on top floating, random cans in them. Which this is left there, most likely by some of the pond life that visit, it shows a clear lack of care. There's cars out to buy with bits missing, side mirrors broken etc, just looks shabby like no one cares. Abysmal!

Fantastic hospitality and friendly staff. I wasn't even there to buy a car and i was treated like i was a valued customer. I was offered a place to sit and wait and in the first 10min i was approached three times with staff making sure i was being looked after. I was shown where to get a drink and offered to use wifi while i waited for my pickup. When the time comes to swap car i will make sure to visit. I visit dealerships on a daily basis and these guys just raised the bar!

Asked about a car listed on the web site and their printed list. After being told it was parked outside spent 25 mins looking for it went back in so they asked a sales person to find it. Fifteen minutes later couldn't find the car or keys no idea where it was. Asked if any if their other sites had any he saw a newer more expensive car at £22000 and from what he said sounded as though he thought we couldn't afford that. We have gone elsewhere and bought the car six months old £25000. You lost out.

Brilliant experience I was not bothered by pushy salesman, everyone was plesent and helpful and made time for us while we were there, after a lengthy period with guys they even tried to talk me out of a vehicle as the millage was a little higher than previously stated I wanted proving to me they were not pushy or just after my money but purely wanted to help me get the correct car for me, the car picked up gleaming almost like brand new

Appaling service they sold me a car that had paint peeling off the arch previously, it had been repaired before they sold it me I was unaware at the time about the situation otherwise I'd of bought a different car. After having the car for around 6 months the paint has started peeling again, I've contacted the branch who aren't prepared to do anything about it and have said it's my responsibility. Wouldn't expect this from a large company like available car and also the car only being around 3 years old when we purchased it. Think twice a out buying a car from here folks. I've since been in touch with trading standards and have been advised they have breached the 2015 consumer rights act which states goods have got to be of satisfactory quality upon sale which obviously they weren't they did a shoddy repair which has failed.

A disapointing amount of automatic cars over manual. I have been several times now and all the fast German cars are mostly auto. Not helpful when I've been looking for a manual :/ but staff are pleasant and toilets are clean :)

Purchased a car from these and within a week I found there was a problem with the rear demister not working and a suspension bush was dodgy. Took it in to get them issues fixed which was fine. A couple of days later after being fixed I noticed a glue substance spilt all down the back of my car from where they had replaced the rear window to fix the demister issue. I took it back to them and they denied it had anything to do with them which is a total lie as the car was in perfect condition before I took it to them. They tried to say it was tree sap and would easily come off which was a lie as I had to have professional work done to it to clean it off. The after sales team and mechanics there are appalling and do not look after your car whilst working on it. would highly recommend going elsewhere to buy a car

Super place to look for a car without the pressurisation of sales techniques....we were welcomed and then they let us view the vast area of stocks at our own leasure and pace and then when u are ready the team are on hand to help...we didn't pick our vehicles today as there were too many to pick from bit rest assured we will be back to pick our 2 cars from the shortlist of 14 we have lol....another must is the beverage machine that does AWESOME creamy hot chocolate and a kids play area to let them play when u concentrate on making a purchase to a team member

One of the better car supermarkets - monumental selection of cars, with good range across all types.. 4X4, hatch, coupe etc. Loads of staff who are all happy to help but not remotely pushy. All cars are unlocked (except a few keyless entry ones) which is great for getting a feel without getting harassed.

Unfortunately, I had a mixed experience with Staff at Available Care. You always get a few that aren’t as good as the rest but this is the same anywhere you go – mainly it was one member of the aftersales team (Luke it isn’t you). I purchased my vehicle two weeks ago and had issues with the coolant levels on the vehicle – problems had been missed during the first inspections and I had to fight a little to get the team to have a look at my vehicle. After speaking to the right people though (higher management) my car was sent to Vauxhall to be repaired. Richard, Oliver and Simon were really apologetic and John the head mechanic made sure the checks his team were carrying out on the vehicle were more thorough than usual. A courtesy car was provided during the repair work and I was kept in the loop by Richard and Oliver every single step of the way (lovely guys – very polite and can’t say a bad word about them). I picked the car up roughly a week later after it had been repaired. Within 24 hours an issue was found, the coolant was leaking again. I drove it straight over to Available Car and Richard and John had the vehicle in the garage within the hour. A Jubilee clip was fitted incorrectly so it was adjusted, replaced and the coolant level topped up accordingly. I was dropped off at my place of work and then the car was cleaned and brought back to me within a few hours. The team were very quick as to resolve the issue and I cannot thank them enough. My experiences are mixed but I believe that due to Richard, Oliver, Simon and John I would purchase a car from the team again. If anyone should be praised for their efforts it should be these four great guys! You kept me moving and sorted the problems I had as quickly and efficiently as possible. As you can understand I can’t leave a 5-star review but due to Richard, Oliver, Simon and John I am going to leave 4 stars – a star for each member that really looked out for me and my vehicle. Thank you

Absolutely incredible service! I was a bit of a difficult customer with my job meaning I could only pick my car up at inconvenient times. The staff (Sammy Weaver, in particular) were incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs and I couldn't of asked for more. A downside to my experience is after inspecting the car a bit closer. The rear wheels on the car are wider than the front, however when I was looking I noticed that a real wheel had been put on the front of the car on the nearside, I had driven 500 miles before I even noticed. Makes me question what else they had missed during the "inspection" they give. Other than that, immensely happy with the staff and the car!

If you want to look round thousands of cars without pushy sales talk then this is a great place. You go and find THEM if you need help. Defo will re-visit when I need a new car. Wife was very happy with her purchase and level of service. Only problem was , the test drive was no where near long enough to be able to judge the car properly. Something I hope can be resolved on my next purchase?

I have recently brought a car from available car.. and everything was great up to the after sales.. there all good to take your money but the after sales was shocking.. I noticed a burn hole in the seat and notified them within 30 minutes of picking up the car.. to get told .. 'we will have a look at it ..but wont be able to remove it.. but we will try and make it look better' and to me after spending alot of money on a car that wasnt good enough and as I wanted it right!! So I took it upon my self to get it repaired and then got back in touch with available car to see if they would atleast give me some money back for the repair .. I even said I would accept half back.. which is very generous.. but no.. I said I was really disappointed with what had happened and the service I'd received and I wont be using them again.. to be told 'sorry you feel that way' absolute shambles.. make sure you think before you go to available car guys!!

The easiest car buying experience ever. Found the car advertised online, called them up asking to reserve it for a viewing the following day. When I arrived, I waited for a salesman for around 5 minutes and was shown straight to the car. We were given 10 minutes to inspect it for ourselves before the salesman returned to take it out for a test drive. I was told to really push the car on the test drive to see what it could do and the drive they have set up allows for this. Returned to the "shop" and were shown all the extras that they offer. They are very informative and transparent about the extras and pricing and do not push you at all. When sitting down to discuss further, I was asked if i would like to proceed with the purchase. I asked to have another look at the car for 10 minutes which was not a problem. Came back in to a no pressure sale. I declined any of the extras and the salesman did not push back on me at all or discuss the benefits further. The price you see is the price you pay. Cannot wait to pick my car up next week.

I am overall extremely dissapointed with my experience with available car. I find this very frustrating as my experience started out very well. I purchased from available car due to the helpful staff at the point of sale, they were friendly, polite and pressure free if I could rate them solely I would give available car a very good score and I have on other review sites. Like many 2016 cars I do not expect perfection, indeed I thiught the car was in very good condition with only minor scratches on the windscreen and interior. My troubles began after I purchased the car, not three/four weeks after purchase the car was dead on my drive. The aftercare team initially wanted to get me to see if I could have the vehicle towed to them! Five days later I retrieved the car and it had been repaired. Not a great turnaround time and frankly a large inconvienience as my wife had given birth and had been in hospital for a few weeks leaving me without transportation to get to work or easilly visit her. I explained my situation but alas they did not have a courtesy car. Today is one of the first days I have taken a drive in the sun. One of the mild scrathes (i thought was mild at the time of purchase) I noticed was more extensive than I realised. There is a hairline scratch/crack that follows from the middle of the drivers side windscreen down. It is very difficult to see but it is very deep and very apparent only in bright light. I rang avaiable car to express my concerns and they wanted none of it. They told me that I would have to go through my insurance to have it repaired and I quote 'if they did it for me they would have to do it for everyone' to add insult to injury he stated if I could prove the scratch was there prior to purchase (an impossible task) it might then be their responsibility. In my opinion this is not the answer of a responsible car sales company. I am not an entitled someone who believes the customer is always right, I even rarely complain and honestly it probably is my fault in the fact that I did not inspect the car with a fine tooth comb upon purchase. You get one star from me for an over £6000 pound car that neither of us inspected very well. My wife and I won't make the mistake of trusting your aftercare service or your quality assurance checks again as we will never purchase a car from your establishment after this. She regrets recommending you to me. You may reply that you don't believed this review is fair, I know I have not been treated fairly. TLDR: check your windscreen thoughroughly for cracks and scraches before purchase. There aftercare service will get out of whatever they can.

I've come there to sell my car, 2014 Peugeot 308 in very good condition. After 15 minutes of lookaround from valuation team they came back with a value of £3200. It's like slap in the face really. And I'm sure they would sell it for at least £6000-6500.. However, customer service was nice.
