I was looking to buy an acoustic guitar, and found the salesman in the acoustic section cold and unhelpful! He was even rude to other customers when they touched guitars without his permission. Guitars are there to be played and if PMT hire salesmen with big egos then customers will end up walking out and buying elsewhere, as I did!
