Constantly updating item status to "Ready Collection" before items are ready for delivery. I presume this is to look good on some company metrics, but it just results in poor customer service.

Argos takes the money but does not deliver and keeps lying, lying, taking you for a fool, lying again and still not delivering. This is a fraud. Such a waste of time & money. Still waiting for my items that I have been promised 5 times already!

Was about to purchase on Amazon, Argos was not only cheaper, but I could pick it up there an then! The Fast Track line was empty and was in and out within minutes with the receipt email in my inbox before I left the store.

Worst costumer service ever! So went Argos in Camden Town, the sale person was so rude, she told her colleague who is new to the job not to pack the goods we bought but made my hubby and me pack the goods and I had my little baby with me, on top she kept the receipt and the warrenty we bought, only realised when we came home that she kept it.
And when I asked her, in the catalogue the storage boxes have lids, she looked at me annoyed and no smile saying, "it's in the box" then we had we pack all the goods and there was few items to pack.

Quite a good shop. Ordered everything and collected it instantly. Found kettle and toaster cheaper than anywhere else. Couldnt buy some badic stuff as it was collect in 3days though

Bad customer service. Self checkout don't work neither do the tablets/ipads. Lovely long ques. Spent £40 on headphones online to Fast Track collect they took ages to arrive and when they did arrive they were used with earwax in the earbuds, disgusting. Waited another 5 days for a replacement pair to exchange; service was extremely slow on return. Will not use this store or chain again in the near future.

The refused to cover the delivery cost
They refused to cover the cost of my time
They have no quilty control or checks before product is sent as a result you will receive a substander product
They are difinatly not a online company . Best go to high street and check product before you buy as the online don't check anything . Or go to another online company

It's not that I don't like Argos, in Camden high street. Went into Argos order a LG 49 uh. 610. £4.49.99 I was told to stay indoors from 2pm til 6pm argos did not come. The girl said they could not get the van out of the yard. She said she would re book for Monday 7th to 10th no one called. Got on the phone & was told it had been canceled & the money would go back in my account 5 working days I bout another same model & got a Taki for £15. At least I learned something will still be shopping at Argos. Nice TV happy Christmas zx Belize park

Terrible customer service,poor service.all cashiers are trainee and they dont even know how to do a simple transaction they are not familiar with their rules and they cant use the machine.ask ask them to return the item to use the £5.00 transaction and it took 45 minutes to do.rude attitude,they threw the item and the end and when i said i will make a complaint the girl who called fariha said please do so,and then she asked my age which was nonsense.they insulting me easily with out any fear of the manager.sorry for such a big company like ARGOS to have them as an employee.really disappointed and will raise my complain officially.

Orders don't seem to be released quickly enough with your number often being called too early before the items have been prepared for release. There were also a large number of items which weren't readily available in store, comparing with other branches.
