Was a great place to shop , picked up a item system was good item is good as well very happy but the service was way below any stars, it’s like they don’t want to work , long face no interaction with customers. Yes it’s not a normal times now , no one is forcing you to work .

Had a delivery of a desk to my apartment building, which is old and without a lift of any kind. Dewan offered, and helped to bring it up to my front door and was most helpful because it would have been backbreaking without the help. Legend. Good man, solid experience. Cheers!

Great set up for collection, balances the rules and the quick need for some products. Staff seemed to be happy enough/ comfortable with the set up and there were screens and hand sanitiser to help prevent the spread. Was a nice easy process and very pleasant! Thank you ????

Got a tablet for the kid, it was available and easy to pick up, only thing is they said if we open it we couldn't return it if was the wrong one, which I found a bit strange, but luckily it was the correct tablet and did it's job

Got a delivery today at 4pm - told the delivery driver Paul as i be late as my childs in hospital in Whittington in Archway - waited for me 10 mins (he said no rush). Great nice guy who parked outside easy for me to carry in. Great service, hire more Pauls please Argos, not people who dump things and leave. 10/10 by Argos and Paul ????????

Argos in Camden high street has the worst customer service / seller.
Did Not respect customer. Never told you how is manager.( they show each other as manager ).
never accept to return any item ( yes again: they show each other as manager ).
I will NEVER shopping with Argos ever again.

I was in this store yesterday afternoon and I saw with my eyes how they throw a customer from this store .
He did not have a face mask on his face , But he told them why he can not have a face mask on his face (medicine problems) but no one listen to him and sellers show each other as manager to him.
all sellers just stay and look at him . In the end they told him the door man is manager and they can not sell anything to him because it is he who decides over the store.
It was completely unrespectful situation.
The good think was , the customer filmed what`s has happened to him and he said : he will post the filmed on youtube so that everyone will knows what`s goning on is this store.
I took back my orders and went out. I will never buy anything from this store.
In my opinion all staff should be changed or because very bad managing this store should be closed.

The staff were so incredibly rude. As a first timer to the UK and on our first day here, a simple drop in to buy a few essentials turned into a freaking nightmare. An appalling representation of your store, your city and your country and a black mark on what had been a great day. Disgusted.

I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a little bit of a not so posh experience. I felt like I was really in a city because of the little markets and shops. I was only there at night so not everything was open but even at night, it was lively and beautiful. There are a bunch of different ethnic foods and places to hang out and just have a cup of tea or a nice beer. I 100% plan on going back here during the day to get the full experience of Camden.

Don't use this place as a collection point for Ebay items. I purchased expensive speakers through Ebay and it was tracked and signed by one of the staff here. However they said that they can't find the parcel! I have a suspicion that it was probably stolen by one of the staff.

Unfortunatley this is our local Argos, it has never got the items I wish to order. The Manager needs retraining, has no idea how to manage the staff, waited 20 minutes for an item. I witnessed 15 people waiting at collection point numbers are being called??? but no one is at the collection desk doing their job. Plenty of staff walking around in a wonder..
