GRB has been a really useful resource in helping me secure a job. I have been on the job hunt since September and had no luck till I got in touch with this service. My recruiter Ian Brine has done an excellent job in aiding me in acquiring my position by providing personalised advice and feedback during the assessment process and really made the search much more palatable in a time when I am balancing career hunting with my studies. I am now looking forward to working in Investment Operations in September 2021.

Absolutely fantastic experience and would definitely recommend GRB and Elena again.
Just had a few weeks with them which ended in a job offer. My recruiter Elena was fantastic the whole time. She communicated clearly and frequently, was really supportive throughout the whole process and ended with a successful job offer.
My questions were promptly answered, I got bespoke interview prep for each round of multiple jobs and Elena supported me through the offer and contract negotiations as well.

Absolutely amazing experience with GRB, landed a role in creative and design PR with an amazing organisation. They really pay attention to your strengths and what kind of job you would like to land.
My recruiter Elena was incredibly supportive the whole time, she was so sociable which made me less nervous for the different interview stages. For some that might not know, the support from GRB doesn't actually stop when you land the role. It continues on and they're able to provide help for any other questions or support you might need even when you're already working at your new workplace. Highly recommend

Then they update you potential roles and schemes you may be interested in via email. Having worked with GRB from Jan 2020 - Sept 2020, throughout Covid I can genuinely say they are a committed, genuine and honest graduate recruiter, which are three words I wouldn't use to describe a lot of the recruiters that are out there.
I was focussed on Sales roles liaising with Zara Thatcher and Owen Gill who were extremely organised and prompt with notifying me of new jobs. Alongside this, they gave me top tier support throughout my interviews and the application process.
Having missed out on a couple of opportunities, needless to say my motivation was lacking but the team at GRB really motivated me forwards to the fantastic graduate role I find myself in now.
Make the effort to work with GRB and I promise they will find you a role you'll be happy in.

Looking for jobs whilst you're in your final year of University is a daunting task. In between studying for the most important exams and trying to enjoy your final year at Uni, you're also expected to spend hours searching, applying and interviewing for graduate jobs. That's where the fantastic service that the GRB offer comes in. They do all the heavy lifting, all the organising and relaying of information. They listen to your interests and your strengths and suggest a fantastic array of jobs accordingly. My point of contact, James, was so good at preparing me for the interviews, with great tips from previous successful graduates. I ended up graduating with a Physics degree and starting a graduate job immediately after the summer, applied to through GRB. I'm really enjoying it and learning a lot. I'm surrounded by like-minded and professional individuals, just as James said I would. If you want the easiest and most pain free application process around and find jobs that suit you, I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks to everyone at GRB!
