I've felt like working withTeaching Personnel in Brighton has been a really good move for me! Louis looked after me very well especially. He's always easy to talk to, straight-up with who they were and how they could help and found me several roles that were well suited to my counselling certificates in the teaching sector. Sounds a bit contrived, but nevertheless true. Very responsive agency, nothing bad to say at all!

I would highly recommend Teaching Personnel in Brighton for teachers looking to undertake supply work. I was placed into schools by Jack and occassionally Sarah and found them both to be extremely friendly, professional, supportive and helpful. Having never supplied before joining the agency, I was a little nervous but they made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. Jack really took time to understand what I was looking for from my supply posts and always found jobs that worked for me. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them if I found myself in a position of needing to supply again. A big thank you from me!!

Teaching Personnel are a fantastic outfit who strive for excellence in everything they set about doing. My point of contact was Harry Ford who was amazing! After expressing my interest in liking one of his social media posts, he quickly contacted me to follow up. He was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease from the get go. Interviews are normally a source of much angst for me, but my fears were very much unfounded when he conducted a face-to-face meeting via Microsoft Teams. He encouraged me in the direction I wished to pursue career-wise and was very pro-active in helping me get the foundations laid with regards setting up my profile and arranging leads to potential schools. I was originally apprehensive with signing up with an agency, but after 6 months I am really pleased with how it has gone. TP are experts at what they do, professional yet friendly- would like to mention Sarah here as she has been amazing at helping me through every process and genuinely being interested in my experiences. I would say that working for an agency has its draw backs within a school but I have been very fortunate to gain good experience in semi- permanent positions and have now found a permanent position, that was found and supported by TP.

I have worked for teaching personnel since sept 2019. To say that they are excellent at all levels would be an understatement. From finding me 2 long term roles ...i have not had any days of unemployment....to being at the end of the phone when I had a family crisis, I really can not fault them. They have even out done themselves during the covid 19 crisis. There is no pressure to take on posts that aren't suitable, they really listen to your personal needs. I am so glad I opted to sign up to them. I really rate them.

I have been working with Teaching Personnel for a few years now. I find them very professional. They always seem to have Teaching Assistant work available, SEN. Sometimes short term and some longer. I have had long and short term posts with them, one was for approx 1 1/2 years. The only problem I have had is when the school wants me to work full time and then it’s not always possible for the school to afford to buy me off the agency. There is a 20 week notice. Billy Humphrey in Brighton is my key worker at present. He is genuinely caring and easy to communicate with. He rings me up every so often to see how I am and how the work is going. I really appreciate this contact. Teaching Personnel have a good rapport with the school. I would fully recommend this agency if you are looking for work with children and young adults in Education.

I am a primary school teacher and have worked for Teaching Personnel for a number of years now. The whole team are both thoroughly professional and extremely approachable, offering teaching bookings in my local area, rather than miles away! They take time to find out what kind of bookings suit best and accept it if I turn any down. In return, I am always honest with them as they really do listen to feedback about experiences with particular schools or classes and appreciate my professional judgement.
Their rates, whilst considerably lower than my teacher Main Scale rate, are the 'going rate' for supply teaching nowadays. The flexibility offered for dates that you wish to work balance this out to some degree and the team always give a very honest picture of what to expect from a school.
I continue to recommend them as first choice for supply teaching work.
