Difficult and stressful times for everyone, large number of people are unemployed and only handful of companies still employing.
Last week of August -2020 Searching for my next employment,
I have contacted Tate Recruitment and spoken with Vicky Walden, she answer the phone with a very warm welcome. She quickly has identified my previous work experiences, salary expectations, and education. She was very helpful.
Her one to one skills put you at ease immediately.
Vicky tailored my work skills and experiences to the best possible job match, from there on things moved very quickly. She has arranged my first job interview, couple of days later I have been offered a second interview.

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with Tate. I saw a temp job on their website and rang them straight away, by that afternoon I had an interview scheduled and within the week I had the job. They have been extremely efficient, helpful and just super friendly. They really make you feel like they genuinely want to find you a job and there's no feeling of your CV being lost in a pile of others looking for a job, which is so often felt with temp agencies. I have been receiving constant feedback too within this role and Tate have been really attentive in checking in, again giving a sense they genuinely do care about you. It has also become clear they have constant communication with my employer which is reassuring. So, if you see a job listed by Tate for a role you think you're appropriate for, apply! You won't be disappointed. Special shout out to Esther and Vicky as they're who I've been liaising with and have honestly been brilliant.

Extremely professional, friendly and caring.
All the team are fantastic but Esther is amazing, she found me an accounts role (temp) and also another role to seamlessly fit in after this role finishes.
I had a transport issue where I had a courtesy car I had to give back at short notice. Esther was amazing in sorting this with the client who are lovely too.
Not a typical agency, a real pleasure to deal with. Feel like you are dealing more with good friends.
They have a wide variety of work, dealing with excellent clients In all areas.

Tate Recruitment is, in my personal experience, like no other recruitment agency. I never felt pushed to take on a role that wasn't right for me, and they really do care about their workers!
Esther Sapsted at the Brighton office has been absolutely fantastic in maintaining a relationship with myself even after my temporary contract had come to an end. She also was extremely skilled in bridging between the client and myself. Whilst a willingness to keep the client happy, I always felt she had my best interest at heart and always maintained the lines of communication.
During these challenging times, Becky Webber gave us a free and high-quality webinar on how to create the perfect CV, again, leaving me feeling privileged about being registered with Tate.

Very good agency who have the most helpful and available staff of any agency I've worked for. They call and email you regularly to check you're doing okay in your position. The staff are always courteous when you ring with a query. I've also found it easy to discuss suitable work roles with the staff as they have a good knowledge of where your strengths lie.
