They were very useful. They searched for positions that suited me and worked around my times and my interests. They were very easy to talk to and kind. They give a tonne of support and help before interviews and are very considerate when talking to you. They make you feel like you matter. Highly recommend. I had a really good experience.

Clearline Recruitment were excellent.
From start to finish the whole process was so straightforward. The whole team have been great. In particular just wanted to say thanks to Maisie, and mention how great Jamie was, from first point of contact he was so reassuring, made me feel at ease and gained my confidence instantly. In the short space of a couple of days, I had interviews lined up, and by the end of the week I had an offer on the table - which I accepted for a brilliant position!

I’ve had a great experience with clearline recruitment, from the first minute of applying for a job through them right through to successfully getting the new job. The day after applying I received a call from one of their agents Angela, she instantly built a relationship with me and was focused on helping me find my new career. From preparing me for the interview, to helping me select the right apprenticeship to go with this placement and then being supportive in helping me make the change. All while having a good laugh and being available at any hour as I was working mixed shifts at this point. Couldn’t recommend clearline and Angela enough!

My experience with Clearline Recruitment has been nothing but positive! I wasn't expecting the process to move along so quickly, nor have a positive outcome given that the Covid-19 pandemic has put a hold on many things this year, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly things took place! Just a day or two after my initial application, I received a call from Jamie, letting me know he had viewed my CV and would be sending it off to my desired apprenticeship, this was followed by a call from Angela, offering lots of helpful advice and encouragement for interviews, as well as information about other potential opportunities. I felt very supported during such an uncertain time. After two interviews and many encouraging calls from Angela & Jamie, I was offered the apprenticeship I wanted and am excited to start in the new year! Couldn't recommend Clearline Recruitment enough!

Explained the interview process and what to expect working in the role. Had a mini meeting just before my interview and the whole team were great! Really got me pumped up! I have applied to many Digital Marketing apprenticeships through other providers and have had little luck with obtaining interviews or constructive feedback, but with Clearline Recruitment I heard back the same day and had an interview within the next week. I am now looking forward to starting my level 3 Digital Marketing apprenticeship with them. Clearline have been very quick to respond and even helped me to prepare for the interview, I would definitely recommend to anyone else looking to find or run their own apprenticeship.

Jamie was great - he told me about a role very suited to my profile on a Friday, set up a telephone interview for the Monday, face-to-face interviewed on Wednesday, I heard I got the job on Thursday and then started the following Tuesday! I've used just about every Recruitment Agency since moving down to Brighton, so I would say I am very familiar and experienced in the different nuances between them all: some are of course better than others, however they are generally all similar. The trending theme among them is the lack of communication, over-promising, or the quality of the jobs available.
The last few months I have spent a great deal of my time looking for work in Brighton, and looking for the perfect opportunity. I either wouldn't be contacted back, or I would be put forward for a role I wasn't really interested in to start with because of this I was resigned to the fact I would have to commute to London for the foreseeable future. I then came across Clearline Recruitment; an agency I hadn't heard of in Brighton.
Within approximately 2 weeks, Jamie from Clearline Recruitment, had found me the perfect role. He communicated everything clearly with me, through every stage, so I was never left twiddling my thumbs waiting for feedback. As of Thursday 26th September, I had a job offer from his client, to which I have accepted. Absolutely over-the-moon!
I very rarely write reviews on Google, and if I do generally they are for negative reasons (don't we all?), but it's been such a breath of fresh air dealing with Clearline Recruitment, and in particular Jamie, that I would be doing a massive disservice if I hadn't written this.
Thank you so much for all your help in helping me find my perfect career. Well done to both Clearline and particularly Jamie - give that man a raise, he deserves it!

Clearline Recruitment is a company that actually cares about you if things go wrong (which is a rarity these days) I was given a lot of respect that it actually shocked me! Definitely ran by someone who is passionate about her business and the people around her.

My cv was found on another website and I was contacted by Clearline, they seemed very helpful at first as I had been looking for a job for several weeks, I was given no information, was told I was going to be called on many occasions and was not, I was told I was having and interview and I emailed asking for more information was given non and no reply, got a call at 9am 3 days later telling me the interview is still on and I will have full information at 10am, I didn’t get a call till 12pm when the interview was suppose to be at 1pm, so didn’t get a chance to go, thus I was dragged along waiting for this interview for days. I was then told I would have the interview the following week, I got no call. I then called myself after 5 days, and had a rushed phone call, that told me I would find out about the interview in 2 days. I have not had a call or email in 3 weeks, very very disappointed as I was stringed along believing I was going to have an interview and was given no care in return and no calls or information about a second interview. Very unfair for a graduate that is trying to get her start in life.
