Had a good experience until after an interview I was informed I was unsuccessful but received no feedback and when I tried a number of times to make contact (call, voicemail, email, text) they did not get back to me or respond. I expected better and felt this was very unprofessional, other Brighton agencies have been much more helpful.

Very unprofessional customer service. Any positions I applied for would not be updated, even after interviewing. I had to chase them up multiple times to get answers due to their lack of communication. At one point, they even recommend me other positions and told me not to go for previous roles they had suggested.
My guess is that they worked out the positions they had previously offered were below my qualifications. Assuming I would quit after a few days meaning they'd get no commission.
Got a call the following few days from another recruitment company and got a job within 24-hours. It's not hard to find someone a job if you actually try.

I was promised a call back after being put forward for another job and NOTHING!.
I was told they would keep and eye out for me and heard nothing.
Not happy with this service.

I was approached on LinkedIn by clearline. I was very fortunate to be matched to a job with a fantastic local charity. Within a few days I was offered an interview and went on to get the job. The whole process has been hassle free and the team at clearline have been really friendly, reassuring and very easy to work with. Rudest recruitment agency ever - left 3 messages for someone to call me regarding a job. Got an email asking me to send my CV in, no response back tried a follow up call but didn't get anywhere. Stay away from these sharks
