The most personable, friendly and effective recruiter I've ever worked with. From an introductory phone call to gauge what I was looking for Dan recommended the perfect role and took the time to call me before and after each stage of the recruitment process. Despite my current role leaving very few opportunities for us to catch up, he was both flexible and reliable and provided excellent insight into each step.

I had excellent experiences with all members of the team I interacted with at Metrica, all of them very professional and personable.
Daniel in particular was diligent and responsive. He started by listening to what I was looking for, and despite my very vague description came back with an opportunity that fitted my criteria very well but I probably wouldn't have taken a proper look at. Throughout the application he was a useful resource, having worked with the employer before, and was very quick to answer any query I had.

Infinitely better than the majority of recruiters I have dealt with. They were very helpful in informing me about the application process and were always available to answer questions. They provided an honest assessment of what options were available and didn't try and push me to interview for roles that would not have been right for me (unlike most recruiters). Likewise, they didn't massively oversell me to employers, resulting in awkward interviews, which has happened to me many times with other recruiters.

I had an excellent experience with Metrica. I was approached by them after I had applied for a job on Linkedin that they were handling. The experience really was faultless. Metrica gave me helpful advice on structuring my CV to suit the company I was applying to. Metrica were always timely with communication, managed my expectations well and provided me with useful information right up until the point at which I accepted an offer of employment. I particularly liked how rapid the application process was. Less than a month passed between the first application stage and receiving a job offer. I had both a telephone interview and an assessment centre within that time.
