GRB helped me land my first graduate job at a company that I have great synergy and potential with! My experience is detailed below:
I made an account on GRB and applied to a few jobs of interest after completing my profile. Soon after I received a call from James Simpson, who gauged my interests and career aspirations, and then started the process of referring my application to a relevant vacancy. Throughout the entire process, James was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me succeed with my application. This includes guidance on what the next steps are, advice on how to prepare, additional information and tips regarding the assessments, and much more. He consistently kept me updated with anything that might be of help to me, and was very efficient in facilitating the entire application process between the company and myself (despite the disruptions caused by Covid-19).

The staff are incredibly friendly, kind and supportive. My recruiter Danielle honestly cared about my experience and helping me find a great job and this came across so clearly in her support. With the interview prep materials she provided, the calls before the interviews to help calm my nerves and after the interviews to catch up and talk me through everything, to just generally her kindness, it made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. I was able to get the job I wanted before I even graduated and I couldn’t have done that without her so thank you!!! And I would definitely recommend GRB for any graduate looking to secure a great career!

Zara at GRB has essentially secured me my whole career. She offered me an exclusive job with a top end company. I was ready to pack in the job hunt but on the first day of signing up to GRB I was given a friendly call, asked a few questions and given the opportunity of a lifetime. Cannot recommend this agency highly enough! I have used 3 other agencies all of which were useless in comparison. Thank you Zara I owe you my first months salary! Was a very smooth experience into getting my first job! I am very happy with how it has turned out after 7 months and hope to stay for longer. The kind of roles I wanted were a delicate balance of design and requirements, and this was fulfilled well by my role now.
Gen was great at finding me a compatible role and the people I've met have been wonderful. It has set my career with solid foundations.
Sometimes there would be no news for ages but I was patient that Gen would get back to me when there was something to get back with, which turned out to always be the case.
Just be very clear with GRB on what you want out of a role and they can spin amazing opportunities that you don't expect will be perfect for you.

Far and away the best recruitment agency I've had any dealings with! Unlike other recruitment agencies I felt that they cared about finding me the RIGHT JOB, not just a job. This gave a number of advantages, having dealings with multiple recruiters throughout the agency specialised in different fields to work out if it was right for me. I can genuinely say that if I hadn't gone through the GRB i would've missed out on some incredible opportunities and an incredible job. Would recommend to any grad looking for a job!
