A really great recruitment agency! Always sent me super relevant roles I was interested in and took the time to follow up and support me through each stage of the interview process. After initially contacting the company, the graduate recruitment Bureau listened carefully to my the type of job I was looking for and asked very probing questions to try and understand the type of job that may suit me. They kept my file open and would ring every few months to check if I was still interested in a graduate job and if my job preferences had changed. When they did put me forward for a job interview, I was skipped through some of the initial stages for a huge company that I interviewed successfully for. I've worked extremely hard for a job opportunity such as this one and so I am over the moon that I've finally got my break. A great recruitment company who listen to you, try and understand you and then recommend tailored job opportunities. I'd like to thank Sid and Ruby in particular! 5 stars out of 5.

In what has been a particularly challenging period for finding work as a graduate due to Covid-19 lockdowns, Owen was very professional and open about the role that he put me forward for. I'm really enjoying my new job and GRB made the process so much more stress free than other agencies I have encountered in the past!

Elena was amazing in helping me to secure a job at a new company that I am really going to enjoy! She asked a number of questions when she first contacted me to make sure she was looking at the right jobs for me personally. Elena was excellent in following up and answering any questions I had regarding the role and the company, and gave me loads of interview preparation advice which ultimatley helped me land the job! Amazing experience, highly recommended if you are looking for a job after graduation. Jack helped me land a great job, being extremely friendly and helpful. Props to Ben and James as well, the whole IT team is awesome. They will match you with a job and support you through the application process, while I suspect also selling you as a candidate to the employer. It is easier and smoother than doing everything by yourself, and you don't even have to pay anything! Though I'd really like to send the guys a box of beers to be honest

A superb facility for students who don't have time during their final year to spend filling out a million identical forms while jobhunting. I submitted my CV and occasionally updated it, and when emails relevant to my interests showed up all it took was a "yes" and sometimes a brief phone call to get the ball rolling. Chelsea was not the first person there I spoke to about various jobs available, but she did support me particularly well both before and after I had been offered a role she found for me and remained a contact with both me and my new workplace to ensure a smooth hiring process.

They will not listen to you, ever. I keep telling them I am only willing to work in Brighton and they only send me jobs for China/London etc.
Every time this happens I reply to the email saying I only want to work In Brighton, but to no avail. They also hardly ever send potential jobs your way as it is anyway. Much better service from red flag.

Thank you Emma and Ruby. Brilliant experience from start to finish. They'll start off giving you a call, asking some questions to establish what kind of role you are looking for and what you expect. Then you'll get emails about relevant jobs. The more you apply for the roles you want, the more relevant the listings will be and they'll even call you (at a convenient time) when they find something you're really well-suited for. I got fast-tracked a number of times and they'll send you preparation packs to prepare for interviews and even do a mock interview with you beforehand. It may take some time and a fair amount of applications, but I ended up with the exact role and industry I was looking for. I really have no complaints.

All information has been relayed via telephone and email in a clear manner. Despite Covid-19, GRB have still managed to ensure we are able to attend the assessment centre day by offering a digital solution.

I didn’t get off to a great start with GRB, however I had a much better experience once I started working with James, who helped me massively in securing my first graduate job. James was incredibly friendly and very thorough, always calling to check I was prepared and well informed for each stage of the recruitment process. When James was on annual leave Elliot and Danielle stepped in, who were just as supportive. I couldn’t have done it without all three of them, thank you so much.
