I first signed up to GRB towards the end of my Bsc, I got a few calls from recruiters to assess suitability to roles I applied to, as well as, to understand my interests so they could send me targeted emails of new roles. The emails were regular and did not stop even through periods of inactivity which I appreciated. Soon after I graduated from my Msc I was fast tracked by GRB for a grad scheme and contacted for an interview. During this time Emma and Ruby emailed me a lot of resources to help me prepare for this interview. Emma even called me so I could ask further questions and get feedback on the answers I had prepared. I ended up getting an offer which I believe was due to Emma and Ruby going that extra mile with me. Both of them were extremely kind and reassuring.
I would definitely recommend GRB.

I was in contact with Gina and she was absolutely wonderful! Always on it and super helpful. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted/was looking for in a job and did her best to find me a perfect fit. Technically, I haven't started my job yet - but thats just another thing she helped me sort out as I could only start end of August, Gina helped me negotiate a later start date which was perfect! I had a pretty good experience with these guys, they were good about asking what kind of roles I was actually interested in and then proactive in contacting me when something that may be of interest came to them. They weren't pushy though like some grad recruitment firms.

The Graduate Recruitment Bureau provided excellent opportunities for sourcing interviews in the fields I was interested in, helping me arrange meetings that fit my class schedule and provided advice for interviews if I was unsure about anything. I had the pleasure of working with a number of the staff and each one was able to answer my questions and provide great insight into the businesses I would be interviewing with when they first informed me of the roles, meaning I could start my interview prep with details already known.
It was a great experience and I would throughly recommend it to anyone seeking help getting their CV a little more out there to areas that interests them and suit their skills

The staff were very nice. I got very useful advice and CV tips etc. They didn't spam me with emails and all the opportunities they told me about were relavent. I got a job through GRB within 2 months. By far the best recruiters I used and much better than looking for a job on your own.

The people working here are just unbelievable. I created an account two weeks ago. I was contacted via phone on the day of the creation of my account by Ian. I was at work so I couldn’t take the call. During my lunch break I called the agency back to talk to Ian. Unfortunately he wasn’t available at the moment but the woman whom I talked to said Ian would call back when I get off work. So I waited, and waited, but nothing. Then I called once more and the woman picked up again, Ian was still busy but should call by the end of the day. Again, no response. I got an automatic email saying I should apply for a couple of jobs since they fit my profile. I agreed that they seemed fitting so I sent my data to the agency in order to apply. The next morning I got a phone call. As I was busy I couldn’t pick up and called back 5 minutes later. This time a man picked up, but it wasn’t Ian... I was told Ian was on the phone with another client and that he calls back in 20 minutes. I was at work at the moment so I waited outside for the time as it was okay for me to wait a couple of minutes. 30 minutes later I got back in and am waiting for the call back until this very day.
I cannot recommend this agency for anybody who is trying to find a job or be taken seriously. I am educated and qualified and find the practice by the agency highly suspicious and shockingly rude. I submitted personal information, which I trusted this company with but find myself in distrust. I cannot only not recommend this agency but would even go so far to warn people about their practice.

I had a great experience with the GRB. Firstly, Elena took the time to discuss all my previous experience and expectations for a graduate job. She then prepared me for each stage of each interview with tips based on previous candidates. What was even more useful to me however was that Elena really effectively understood what I was looking for, and proposed a job that I had never even heard of but I feel that I am really suited to. I'm looking forward to my future at this company and it would not have been possible without Elena and the GRB.

My experience with GRB was exceptional. It can be a frustrating and often difficult time when you are a recent graduate and looking to get on the career ladder. With so many recruitment agency out there calling you on a daily basis, it was nice to have someone who actually sympathised with the position I found myself in. It was extremely useful having James by my side to help me with the application process, how I could prepare and what to expect. Brilliant experience, I got a job out of it. I mainly had Ian Brine look after myself, though there were others too that offered various job prospects. They were all very hands-on giving me regular calls and emails about potential jobs and forwarding me to resources on particular industries. Once I was through the first stage of an application, Ian would call and offer advice on the next steps, along with being a brilliant intermediary along the entire path. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a grad job!
