Convenient for order and pick up. In store inventory might be limited for some item but I find ordering online to pick up the next day to be quite convenient. Staff is very nice too

Argos online customer service told me i could return an item here without the original card i purchased it with but turns out they were wrong, very annoying. Luckily the lovely girl behind the coutner sprted me out and put it on a gift card. Saved the day. The high street amazon saved the day.

Great place with nice staff. It can be hit and miss with some staff using the area for the mobility scooter and wheelchair as a place to dump things meaning you can't get to the mobility aids. The one place in the store only people with reduced mobility will visit and they make it HARDER to reach! When the regular staff are on its great

Its one of the best choices if you're looking for high quality, organic vegetables and meat products. There is a huge variety of brands at any type of food product. Ofcourse there is a clothing department and a home appliance equipment. There is also a fresh sushi takeaway and lots of daily fresh food prepared for takeaway, like Indian,variety of roasted chicken and pork Prices are not the best in the market but considering that you can buy everything at once without going here and there, with save you time and petrol definitely!

why is there not a separate queue for Argos customers at Sainsburys, they expect customers to join a queue where people are queuing to buy groceries. Sainsburys have the worst queues more then any other stores. Argos need to get involved and put a stop to these actions. Argos have it own section in all the Sainsburys store. why is there not a separate queue for Argos customers. I will not be buying from Argos until the lockdown is over. fortunately there was a nice guy at sainburys in Nine Elms that got my order for me without me having to queue. and I would like to thank him. the manger for Nine Elms was of no use and told me to join the queue that had more than 50 people just to collect an order from Argos. once again thank you to the security at Nine elms that collected my order for me

Just want to say a big thank you to Denise , if you ever want to be served by an amazing person she is the one . Very understanding and very polite and patient , done everything she could to help unfortunately she was not above the store manger to help me further . I think Argos should have more people like Denise working for them she is a lovely lady. She should definitely be the manger thank you ????

Of course, no answer has been given to my question. no eye contact, not even hi, how are you.... so disappointing as I live really close and would be great to get some stuff sometimes... I work with people and i know how annoying can it be after 6-7 hrs shift, but for the love of god, show some respect.....

Carla in the Nine Elms store is absolutely amazing. I went in because my son's electric scooter was faulty. She welcomed me with the most honest and genuine welcome, and how she approached my problem was so lovely. Its so nice to see great customer service isn't dead. She also gave me free delivery ???? I will definitely be shopping at Argos again. Thank you Carla for all your amazing help. My son loves his new scooter ????????‍♀️

Unfortunately the bad experience ever I had, I wish I could never gone to put my Nintendo switch console to repair there. First I was told on the 16/04/2019 that I would get an update as soon as the repairs team got my item I would be given an update , I never got that update. I called the store to ask for an update and the lady called Vanessa (which I had to ask which was her name ) she was nothing but rude and being unprofessional, not using correct language as you should on customer service, I did make it aware she was being rude and not understanding she carried on being rude. Then I called the store the next day ,I was answered by One of the mangers named Jessica she apologised and explained to me that the item will take 7-10 working days to be repaired and returned and I should get an update soon. I have waited patiently until the 26/04/2019 and then called the store for update, The store manger named by Adeyinka has asked me to give him at least 4 more days until he can give me another update. I waited patiently again and after 4 days I went to the store today the 30/04/2019. Adeyinka served me and refused to give me a replacement he said I should give him 1 more day. I never got an update when my item is going to be back, on the repair form says 7-10 working days to be repaired and returned it’s been more than that am on my rights to have a replacement but he refused to do so , I then said I will contract main contact centre as they told me I could get this replacement if I do not get it by the , His reply was ”they are not my boss and It is up to me if I want to give you a replacements , they can not make me give you a replacement it is up to me.” I attempt lots of times by asking him please just to give me a replacement as I was on my rights because I was not given an update and they are just wasting my time, I have also asked him to give me a valid reason on why should I have to wait longer and not given a replacement now when my money is just sitting there when they have not contacted me within the time frame , if he gave me a valid reason I would just walk way and wait . He started to ignore me and from there he took it further on ignoring me .I got really upset left in tears because I was being ashamed in public no one likes to be ignored specially in front of other customers . He kept on ignoring me I had no choice to walk away ! If you have repair please please book it Your self do not go back to that store as the manger uses his power to do what ever he feels like. Also when I asked the worker if o could speak to another manger she said she didn’t no when the other manger will be in and that he is above her . I don’t know why people like this are working as mangers and why they get away with it .

Very slow service. Even if there is no one else in the store, it can take 15-20 mins before your item is ready for collection. I previously ordered an item online and was told it was ready to collect. When I arrived they told me it wasn't ready and I waited for 15 minutes, before walking out without the item. Allow lots of time if you decide to shop at this branch.

Appalling customer service. ordered item, received notification by text and email that item had arrived at store. upon collection the item is not there , i request a refund but the sales assistant wasn't forthcoming , i asked to speak with the store manager I'm informed " i am the manager "(this was a man) turns out store manager is a woman. i did eventually get a refund but still waiting for the store manager to contact me as promised......2 weeks later...still waiting.

Checked the availability of a mirror online, available at this store, went there 5 minutes later and been told not available but can be ordered for the next day. I've ordered it and next day I went there to collect, guess what? The mirror was not delivered, asked the not very helpful lady if the other colors were available, she couldn't find them so i showed them, the browsing tablet in store said available but obviously they were not on the till. Browsed online to make a complaint and a 6£ connection charge comes out. Argos, you are becoming obsolete, Amazon is shredding you and all the other inefficient, expensive and useless retailers. Help yourself, train your stuff and get your stuff sorted. Oh yeah, and apart the rip off complaint line they don't have a complaint email.

I ordered fast track and was notified that my product would arrive in store at 9am. I arrived at the store at 4pm at first they told me my item wasn't in store. Confused I asked them to check again and one of the rude inconsiderate assistants told me "oh yeah we have it but it could be somewhere in our delivery cases. I asked him why he couldn't retrieve my product he replied "I am busy so your gonna have to come back later." I am extremely annoyed and dissatisfied as I am heavily pregnant and I explained my purchase was for my unborn baby. I AM NEVER USING THIS STORE AGAIN!

Complete lack of organisation. You can only reserve items on the computer screens and then have to queue to pay at the till, where others outlet allow you to pay and place order directly with an automated machine. Therefore you queue twice. There was an assistant hooked up to a headset, shouting "ok" and firing numbers like a machine gun roaming around the floor like a soulless zombie. Clearly talking to a computer. eventually all the items from different customers got mixed up and they had to do it it the old fashion way: pick the items in the back by hand....I won't blame the staff as it is very obvious that their logistics are wrong and whatever Argos management is trying to achieve, has failed.Your staff is running around d in a very inefficient way and the customer is waiting wondering what is happening.way to go Argos....
