A customer service line which leads you in endless circles, eventually to a revirsed message and then hangs up on you.
TWO WEEKS have gone by and bin collections have been missed! We pay your wages via our council taxes. So either do your job or cancel our council taxes!

We pay so much money for the council tax and you suddenly have a problem that you need to speak to someone and all the options end up in an automated robot. Funny enough at the beginning of tue call it says that all cars are recorded. Rubish council

They are incompetent, unhelpful, the worst borough i have ever had to deal with. just called them 4 times and was hung up on several times. If you begun with mental health issues this council will only make things worse - they have no concern for the people living in the borough.

Worst Borough I have ever lived in
All departments are a joke and the most incompetent staff I have ever come across in any field
Contradictory of each other, no one seems to know what they’re doing
Been harassed about council tax for months that I’ve already paid
Every one I’ve spoke to has had issues with them, I’d honestly just avoid living here if I had known before hand
The absolute stress they inflict on the borough is insane

crooking council charged me £85 for work they didn't even do, then when i complain i must wait 10 days for a pathetic scripted letter, then i must write in again and wait another 10 days, this council a joke, their staff are lazy and dont do any work and use any type of excuse not do give direct answers and avoid you speaking to their bosses who can make decisions
