Take no care over your bike. Had a new bike which needed pin locks on the wheels and saddle, mud guards, a pannier rack and lock fitted. In the 5 weeks since I have had this done i've had to have the wheel pins removed and put on the right way round; the saddle lock hammered and then replaced because the screw was incorrectly threaded so it was jammed; the mudguards removed and reattached because the cellophane was still attached and making a racket; and the lock holder removed because it was so loose it meant the lock was slipping and blocking the pedal while cycling. Never using them again.

Very poor experience with Saturday delivery service. I have paid the extra charge for the Sat home delivery and after the second consecutive Saturday in which they failed to deliver, I had to change the delivery to Monday. The problem is they don't even give you an approximate time, just between 9am and 6pm. Never again!
