Great service from Thiago and his colleagues. Great advice, sales service and going out of his way to ensure everything is installed, ready to go on a day. He even taught me how to fold / unfold the bike. Would not hesitate to use this store again.

Some might have given bad reviews but my whole experience there was top of the world. The star of the show, Francesca, helped me with spot-on recommendation which I ended up picking s2l metallic purple. She didn’t even rush me during the appointment as she knows that purchasing this needs serious consideration and I had just jumped on the bandwagon ????. There was one lady came and Francesca happily helped her and she even said ‘you really know what I am looking for’. This lady also told me to give another 5-stars for review as she was pleased by the service. Thanks once again and I can’t wait to ride this bike! P.S: been waiting for the appointment since July ????

I’ve been dealing with the crew at Covent Garden for a while now, from small jobs like replacing a wheel or helping me fix new lights to having a full service. And they have never provided anything less than a stellar service. Always friendly and they always do their best to accommodate me despite the fact that they have been so busy over the last year. They are a pleasure to deal with and they do a stunning job at helping me keep my almost 10 year old Brompton in fine shape.

There's an appointment system as they can only have 2 people upstairs and 2 people downstairs at a time. I did not have an appointment but I was able to purchase a new cycle jacket which I tried on downstairs which was empty at the time. Everyone was really friendly and I was served really quickly. The guy in the workshop also quickly glued on my loose handlebar cover whilst I was waiting (thank you...).

Had thought for a long time about buying a Brompton. I really like the way they look, the savings on tube travel in London, (approximately £1,152 a year based on two tube journeys per day, not including over-ground into London!) and just the feeling of zipping around London. I managed to get a cancellation slot and buy one recently. Thiago was brilliant at informing me of the different models, the different parts that you get with each model, and helped weigh up the pros and cons of number of gears. I finally settled on a 3 gear M handlebar all-black Brompton. He was forthcoming about any questions I had, and at no point did I feel he was hard-selling. If anyone is considering buying a Brompton bike, I'd fully recommend going to Brompton Junction in Covent Garden. Call and make an appointment if you're wanting to buy one ASAP as their waiting list stretches months (because the bikes are so popular!) But keep calling or dropping into the store to check for cancellations because you may get lucky like I did! I paid £1,350 for my model, £198 more than my rough tube-cost calculations. Think how much you pay for a gym membership per year, and consider the health benefits and not having to be stuffed into the tube every day! No brainer from my point of view, if you're thinking about getting a Brompton, pull the trigger on it and go for it! You can even get them on finance at around £60/120 per month over 12/24 months!

So, today was my first day in the cycling world, after waiting for some time to book an appointment, went there met Thiago, gave me detailed explanation about different types what do I need to do and to have, and what’s not necessarily now, we even made an online conference with my brother abroad he was friendly, taking care of social distancing and all precautions, at the end of the day I came back home happy with my 1st bike ????

Thiago and the crew are super helpful and despite covid managed to get me a test ride on the Brompton Electric. Wow, that and the helpful info sold me on it. One two hours later was on two brand new electrified wheels.

Week earlier I went there but one Asian girl was almost didn’t want to answer and made us feel like not to come back ever. Then last time I have been served by Thiago. He was absolutely professional and explained everything. Made me feel comfy with my new BB ????.

Home for all Brompton lovers. I visited junction to pick up my click and collect delivery. I needed quick servicing after my first ride with my new Brompton and Thiago quickly helped all my troubles! He was very kind and helpful! Brilliant service.

The most absurd and bad customer service. Got to the shop with a rented Brompton (to be clear, which belongs to Brompton!) and which needed a bold tightened. Literally two turns of a spanner. They could not help me due to “COVID worries”, but I could have tested a bike right on the spot or get in the shop and buy something.

While visiting London from the continent, my chained up Brompton was stolen in Chelsea in broad daylight. I emailed to Brompton Junction and the guy responding was extremely helpful and could even secure me a replacement bike to my specs despite the factory supply situation being very tight during Covid period. So far all excellent. However when we came to the shop, the sales girl (Eilish) seemed passive, unwilling to answer basic questions, uninterested in the business to the point of being almost rude and quickly telling me I could also go and try another store. Both myself and my wife were shocked with this attitude, the girl simply doesn't belong in any sales or customer support role. The bike itself is great and I am very happy to be able to ride a Brompton again so quickly!

You just cant believe how nice the guys there. Big appreciate to Thiago, many thanks to Andy, and Ellis also helped me a lot. And all the workshop guys, thimbs up for them, for them all. They were very patient to help you with bike choosing, every details, and suggestions of lighting options and upgrade recommendations, as well as investing you a proper bag and accessories. It was a really pleasure purcahsing experience with them. Salute to all my cycling and brompton tutors there! Appreciate you all!

We had an amazing experience buying our first Brompton bikes! In the shop, we were helped by Thiago, who was amazing, helping us to choose the bikes, which were right for us and giving us a lot of recommendations about the accessories and the bikes themselves. Will definitely recommend this shop to friends.

I loved the quality of service. But since the covid-19 pandemic, their workshop's service is becoming worse and worse. 1. As a Brompton junction, they should have all basic parts, but even they told me they don't have any mudguards parts anymore. ..(?.. or maybe he didn't want to do the job), so I had spare parts, and told them. Then he told me you are not booked for this. .. .. but I was booked for full service. .... After this, they charged £45 in March. Even I did the same service in Feb, and it was £35. Did they change the price, or do they charge randomly? 2. New staffs are not friendly compared to old staffs. I requested a really basic update on my payment to new staff, but even he didn't check anything and told me ' probably we can't do that '. But another old staff came later and fixed the problem .. .. yeah, they could do that. 3. After maintenance in December, the bike was covered with unremovable oil everywhere. All decals and parts. Brompton sent me a replacement decal. 4. After basic maintenance of the new bike in March, the bike's decals were completely peeled-off. Probably they didn't care about the bike during the maintenance at all. Brompton sent me a replacement decal again.. but.. Brompton junction.. what are you doing, guys..? 5. Probably here is the only bike shop without the listing of price. If you want to do much better servicing in the same price, go to other Brompton premium shops.

I had a really bad experience on Thursday 15 April but today I have to say the experience was exceptional. I required a few fittings and they were brilliant from the customer service at the entrance to the service guy who was really good. Below is my review from my experience on Thursday 15 April but today I’m really happy. Extremely rude customer service. Phoned a day earlier to purchase tyres. Was told in stock and could come over to collect, fitting wasn’t possible as they were book out but that was fine. Went to collect on Thursday 15 April and the guy more aless shouting from the stairs that they are do serving tyres to the public. Told to visit Condor or Evans....SERIOUSLY?!!! However Chris was helpful and assisted in providing the tyres. However I would refuse to be served by the the oriental looking guy if I came again due to his poor customer service....sort out Brompton!!!!

Firstly people may not know that Brompton Junction in Convent Garden has two sections. One on the street level which is the shop floor and the basement which is for repair purposes. The basement section and the staff down there are fantastic. They are amazing, welcome and help people who got any problem with Brompton bike fixed. The shop floor, OMG, I would say 80 percent of the staff who work there are not nice even the manager. They don't care about your feeling. They have poor customer service skill. They make you feel unwelcome as if you can't have the bike because it is specific to some people. They said they only have certain amount of items to sell each day and cannot go above that. If you want to buy a bike, you need to have an appointment full stop. I have horrendous experience with them especially over the phone call. One Italian girl in particular was so rude with no manners, she doesn't even listen to you what you have got to say. All in all, if you want to buy Brompton bike, better to buy it from other dealers and not from Brompton Junction !!!

I took my Brompton in for a service. All work was undertaken to a high level and within the day by Pedro. Clear communication throughout regarding the work that was required and the pricing. Went the extra mile by managing, somehow, to track down replacement decals for my limited-edition bike. The bike now looks and feels like new! I would highly recommend Pedro at Brompton Junction should you need your Brompton serviced or repaired.

I left the shop feeling a bit guilty after the first free service. Brompton bicycles are sold with a clause that voids the warranty if a 3-month service is not carried out. I was told it was an inspection that wouldn't take long and was to validate the warranty. So with this in mind I booked my first free service a month before it was due and was given an appointment slot for 6 weeks later. It's not convenient for me to reach the store in Covent Garden, but we bought it there. When I turned up they said they were a bit busy so it would be ready 4 hours later. This was totally not what I was expecting and I instinctively complained on the spot that they should have told me during the 6 weeks I'd been waiting for my slot. A second engineer offered to do it while I waited, but I was already upset, I didn't want to have to complain. So it was done and everything was ok in the end. I followed another customer before me who apparently didn't have an appointment and took a long time, it may have drained their energy by the time my turn arrived. I don't know, I'm making excuses for them, but to ask me to wait 4 hours for a 10 minute inspection that had been booked 6 weeks earlier seemed a bit unreasonable.

I had nice and supportive service over the phone and was asked to come in even everything was booked next day. BUT when I came in with my electric Brompton - two men were so unpleasantly arrogant - attitude was like I should know everything about the bike and all technical things. Dear tech guys - if I new everything then you wouldn’t have job. Very disappointed

Today I went to do a general service for my bike and what a great experience! :) Coran & Lowell were just superstars! They were so kind, welcoming, and looked after my bike very well. My bike is two years old but after this service, it looks like brand new. Great team, great job!

My experiences of both the shop and the mechanics has always been great. In particular, Pedro one of the mechanics downstairs who has twice repaired my "Maisie" is excellent and very conscientious. He has just drilled out a snapped bolt from the front frame and retapped the thread beautifully. (Even after another shop had tried and failed). He was clearly proud of his work as he had taken pictures in his phone to show me! Maisie is now good as new and Pedro's repair saved me a costly replacement of the front frame. Overall, an excellent experience and I wouldn't take Maisie anywhere else.

Very interesting place to visit. If you are planning to buy one, you should come, see and try. You are going to like it anyway. Bit small shop than i thought. Fantastic staff but too much, I went there for refund something and i had to wait more than 20 minutes. Because of staff serving one by one and beginning to the end. Meaning talk about bike till the payment. refund just takes me less than a minutes... lol I felt like they ignored me because i came for refund.(my opinion) I think they could do much better than this.

Blown away by Alish (sorry if I spelled that wrong!) and the team at Brompton junction Covent Garden. So kind and helpful after my bike got stolen yesterday, got me in last minute as someone did not show up to their appointment- one in the shop at a time- they are taking covid and the 2nd lockdown very seriously. Just a class act all around. Walked out with my new Brompton today and very grateful for it. I needed this bit of luck after such a horrible day yesterday. Thank you.

Sadly the service provided by Brompton is shocking! Having been in the store and on the phone it seems they would rather not sell bikes. Certainly more interested in leaving the store than providing a service. The website really is daft...why produce something to make it so hard to buy. This service has really put me off the idea of having a Brompton :(

Poor customer service from Pedro! I brought my brompton for a maintenance service on the 26th October after waiting almost 3 months. Pedro, without even inspecting the bicycle properly, refused to service it unless the frame was replaced because of an almost imperceptible crack on the frame. He claimed that the bicycle was unsafe to ride but by refusing to service it (break cables and chain mostly) he allowed the bicycle to remain unsafe! It seemed like he was more concerned about selling me a new frame as he kept repeating the price I needed to pay, rather than to actually service my bike.

Total out for the staff you have. I was there and he told me without appointment i couldn't go inside , the webside wasn't saying nothing and he told me, the website was ko, go to other dealers, I was coming to buy a bike no begging for one. The shop was EMPTY at 15 hours and he was in the other side of the glass far away for me, and he was resting with his arms on the top of the desk (very good body language) I had to shout, is this how you treat your customers, REALLY? This is a very poor impression of customer service. Really you have to think you are treating the people like beggars. Total rubbish my experience with your shop. Good luck with your appointments until September, I hope you sell a lot. Thank you for nothing.

I had an joyous experience on getting my bike. Thiago assisted me on almost everything I choosing the right accessories and went a step ahead for expedited delivery. I totally appreciate Jeff’s assistance on taking a lot of time and helping me getting used to the bike. Both Thiago and Jeff stayed overtime and ensured I got the delivery on the same day. This is such a extraordinary customer experience and I would totally recommend these guys. P.S. I love my new brompton bike as well!

The brompton junction should be a tourist attraction for worst lo London experience. incredibly condensating staff member at the door. No interest in being friendly or informative. Acted as if I should know what stock they held when I asked about a specific model. It is completely understandable that with the pandemic new measures have to be put in place, but to start a conversation with "you can't buy anything without an appointment" before I had even asked anything is just rude. My intention was to find out about the limited edition and how to buy one. When you represent the brand in this way ..... suffice to say I will not be back nor will be buying a brompton. I think i will try moulton bikes.

I came without an appointment but was served by friendly and helpful guy at the door, then after some wait I was let in to speak to mechanic, only draw back is that you cannot browse the store,of course its not stores fault, they have to follow the current health safety rules, but shopping/browsing experience is not the same as before, hence 4 stars.

A great place. Especially the mechanics downstairs are extremely competent, nice and helpful — a rare combination! Thanks, you’ve helped me out, mostly for free, plenty of times. Yes, Brompton prices are on the expensive side, but with this sort of service they seem to be a good investment.

5 stars for Pedro in the Service Dept downstairs. Very helpful, knowledgeable and carries a full stock of spare parts. The project was a refurb of a neglected early-model Brompton bought from my brother-in-law. After repainting the triangle frame, I fitted a new rack, cables, front mudguard, rear brake, easy wheels and handlebar grips. Thanks!
