Three is having an excellent SIM card deal. They are really good value. However I did decide to cancel the order for a tablet, and it was difficult. The customer service call centre is overseas. Yes I would recommend three but would advise people that it was not that easy to have a change of mind or to return the item. Before you buy make sure to read the refunds or returns policy.

Bought a new ipad and rather than upgrading as the sales person insisted on a new number and canceling my old one for me, no surprise, the old number was not canceled and now I have a huge bill AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into 3 store in Churchill square to upgrade my sim only contract, the staff were really helpful and full of knowledge, they managed to upgrade me on a better deal which costed less than the contract I was previously on. Go binge is great for Nextflix when I am on the go. Highly recommend.

I have been to this store a couple of times, as have members of my family and some friends and the unanimous feeling is that the manager (Female, plump, mid/late 30s) is extremely rude, on one occasion I had to wait while she shouted at a younger male member of staff, I was shocked that she would be so unprofessional and felt humiliated for the young man being talked down to in front of a queue of people.
Another time I went in she had such a bad attitude with me I ended up not buying anything, then I went in with my sister and mid consultation she walked away to serve someone else leaving us with a young lady who (thankfully) was more capable of serving us, but didn't even say to us that she had to do something more important, she just got up from the seat and walked off to serve someone else. My sister and I were taken back at how unprofessional she was and thought it was a joke at first.
The members of staff here are assets to the company but the manager is a big grey cloud with an extremely venemous attitude problem, i feel sorry for the members of staff that have to tolerate her power trip.
she would be more suited selling mops and sponges at a caravan site rather than phone contracts in a shopping center.

I went there to get a pay as you go UK Sim Card and was attented to immediately. They offer great prices for pay as you go, changed my Sim Card and everything was up and running in 5mn!

Three is a good network provider, but the bunch of pathetic salespeople in the store will mislead anyone in to taking out a contract. Avoid this specific store!!! Already reported it to the Trading Standards Agency.

Bad service and fairly rude. Couldn't provide me with a replacement sim card despite being told by the call centre that the store should be able to. Staff blamed everything on call centre and wouldn't actually help me.

Asked about a simcard which was ineffective, so he asked us if when we put it in. I said 8am this morning, and he said something to the effect of 'uhh, we don't open at 8am?' (???)
In general, thought the attitude sucked. We were given a phone to call elsewhere to sort it out, and from there on, completely left on our own. No one ever picked up so we gave it back and left since they were being no help at all. They didn't even ask if we fixed their problem and went back to the conversation they were having since we came in.

Went in to the store to get an error message on my phone fixed. The lady assisted me with downloading updates which cleared the error message, however she assured me she was using the store wi-fi, but when I got home I discovered all of my data had been used up! I now have to wait 3 weeks until my new cycle begins without data. Not at all impressed! Shame on you - the large lady with glasses. Pity because I have had good service from other staff in that store.

terrible service. Got a Samsung S7 that overheats and freezes at the extent you do not have more than 5 secs to work on the phone. They referred to Samsung and washed their hands. When I asked for a replacement phone just simply said, unfortunately they do not provide it. I rely on my phone for hotospot wifi at home. No home internet for the next 10 days! They dodn't even have the courtesy to provide a Wifi dongle for free. Have been a customer for 5 years. I will never go back to either Three or Samsung. Terrible.

I was given false information about my rights to change the debit card info on my when signing in my 12 month contract and when I called the customer service to complain about it and how the false information wasted my alot of my time and caused me problems I was then told then unless this information was written then they don't care and that I can't proof it and therefore I can't cancel the contract which is all what they are after money!!
I wouldn't recommend three to anyone as when I called them they even made the situation worse!
