This is the worst branch of MACU. I have been very happy with this credit union; however, I have tried to use the ATM at least five times (random times of the day) where there wasn't any money. Then had to trek to the 8th South and State branch where they always have money. What gives?

I would recommend this location for everything to opening up a checking account, credit card & loans in general. Staff is knowledgeable. I personally worked with Annevy & she is awesome. Annevy helped me with quotes with a personal loan & I was able to get my dream car. Thank you! You're amazing & has been there/worked with me since I was 18, I'm 25 now!

This is the worst drive thru I have ever seen another 25 min. Wait with only 2 cars. Deyda Gararayoa also took another 11 min to make a $200.00 deposit to my account. Very poor service. They should give free gas cards for the wait!

Because I usually have Grandchildren in tow, I most often use the drive up rather than walk in service. Every single teller I have encountered have been more than efficient & pleasant. Always quick to help me when I pull up to window, even when in line at window, they seem to service prior customers rapidly for I never experience long waits or holdups. I have referred many many friends & associates to bank with Mountain America, great loans service, competitive on rates & service provided. I have always had a positive & helpful outcome when ever dealing with any associates! I fully recommend people & businesses alike to give them a try....

I have always had problems with this location either the worker is too rude or seem to not care about your business with the bank but today I came in at 1:48 park in front of the branch cause it was really busy and I had always have the luck to deal with the same rude teller and I know once is 2 she closes the window and go, so I’m on the phone trying to figure out my ATM card try to work this out and it didn’t so I pulled up to the lane and Laura comes by and tell me there close I explain to her the situation she offers me her help tell me to go try the ATM if it doesn’t work out come back and it didn’t so I came back right now is 2:35 and I’m barely leaving the branch with my situation taken care of! Kudos for people like Laura (I think that’s her name) but it only takes one person to care about your business to actually keep coming back! ????????????

I have had nothing but problems with this branch. It is the closest one to my office which is the only reason why I have used it more than once. I went in today to withdraw money from an account I hold at another credit union using shared branching. I verified my account information with the teller and handed over my state issued temporary driver's license. I was told that because it was printed on a piece of paper and I did not have the "actual id" that they would not be able to help me. I insisted that this was the identification provided to be by the state of Utah at the DMV and it should work, she took it back to what I can only assume was a manager and returned once more saying they couldn't accept that as a form of identification.
The only reason I was at the branch in the first place was to withdraw cash because my purse with all of my cards and identification had been lost and I have not received the new card from the other credit union yet. Withdrawing cash is the ONLY WAY I have access to any of my money right now. I have contacted the main service center and have requested some re-training be done at that branch but I would caution anyone that chooses to use this branch in the future. You will likely be treated rudely and dismissed without being able to complete your transaction.

It hurts to say this but don't come to this place!!!! Waited 30 min I talk to a teller first!!! To get my place in line a guy just walks in while I am trying to talk to the loan officer.... and he gets helped!!!! They got me off been seated!!!!! I walk out of the branch pist off!!! They don't have control of the branch!!! This sucks!!! Not the tellers they were super nice!!!

This branch is abysmal. Understaffed and over-visited. Waited 20 min at 3PM on a Friday for a teller and then was told to go see an account manager for loan payoff. I waited 25 minutes to see the account manager and she told me that I have to wait in line to see a teller to payoff a loan. I then waited in line another 10 minutes to talk to the same teller a second time. Absolute joke. Unprofessional, rude, and slow.

Terrible service, rude, abrupt and short to deal with.I do shared banking with them and it is such a hassle to speak to the checkers at this location. 1 guy named "Efrain" even went as far as to poke at my pride because of a "lack of funds" sorry I have a 2 day hold on paper checks shared banking buddy. But what the actual ****? I have NEVER has a bank teller make fun of me for being broke. If you can bank anywhere else, I would recommend it. The manager tried really hard to do damage control but seriously this is some if the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, especially from a bank.

This branch doesn't help me. Every time I go there to cash a check, deposit a check, or any other reason it seems they come up with a bull crap excuse As to why they can't do what I need. But every other branch will assist me with the things I need. No real excuse either just that I have to come inside but can't because it's a Saturday. Awful service. I do not recommend using this specific branch of mountain America credit union at all.

This bank is so close to my house so everytime i need something i always run here. The staff is so friendly. But what i hate is that the ATM always has problems so ia hve to drive down to another another one i dislike that rhis always happens when the bank is not open. So i waste my time driving somewhere else that's the only reason why i only give it a one star. I really hope they can stay up to date amd keep the ATM running.

I usually don't post reviews but today I heard a white lady yelling at her & telling her that was the worst customer service she's ever had. I just came to say that was a lie☺

I have been to this branch a couple times over between 2015-2017 and they are THE WORST branch I have ever visited. They are unwilling to help. They also have the worst hours. The inside office is only open M-F 9am-6pm and NOT OPEN on Saturday. The drive thru is open M-F 9am-6pm and Satuday 9am-2pm. They refuse to change their hours for their customers and refer you to one 20 minutes away every time when there is another 10 minutes away. Not to mention they are super rude about every question you ask them. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!
