Do yourself a favor & DO NOT BANK HERE!! Especially at this specific location. The customer service here feels fake from the jump. The associate that helped us set up an account seemed very aggravated with us for absolutely no reason. We signed up for a credit card, inquired about its shipment NUMEROUS TIMES, and 6 months later... STILL NOTHING. All of our credit card payments keep getting returned by them (even when we have more than enough money in our checking), thus affecting our credit scores. This has been the absolute worst credit union I’ve ever banked with and wish none of my experiences here to happen to anyone at all. We’ve tried giving them the benefit of doubt, but NOTHING HAS CHANGED. They hear us, and won’t act on it. That should tell you what type of business this is.

Went through the ATM to deposit money. After I was done depositing I was waiting for the machine to return my debit card. It took a lil while to return my card but also returned money. I re counted my money to only find out it had Not retuned all the money that I had. I checked my account through the mobile banking app & nothing was there. Do not recommend depositing through an ATM at this bank. They will steal money from you.

I have been paying our mortgage the exact same way for 7+ years. The supervisor at this location decided that he wasn't going to let me pay on our mortgage, because I wasn't on the loan. If procedures are the same across all locations, why wouldn't they let me pay? Considering transferring to a different Credit Union.

I can’t believe that every single employee at this branch wasn’t wearing a mask yet they had two boxes of mask on the back desk, there are first responders like doctors, nurses and police officers that would love to have. Very Irresponsible people!!!

TERRIBLE CREDIT UNION!!
If I were you, Don't use this bank.
SEXIST, DISCRIMINATION, no customer service. Here is my story. When I was about 16 I opened my first bank account with AFCU. Thinking that my money was safe. Well, when I separated from my EX HUSBAND. My ex went in and changed all the account numbers, removing me from every single account. The credit union has fraudulent involvement with organized religious parties that operate within the state of Utah. Which is ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL. My statement is true and 100% provable in a court of law. That is why I am letting the PUBLIC KNOW that is a concern of PUBLIC SAFETY. Your money is not safe with this organization. Based off my own personal experience.
I WILL GLADLY NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION EVER AGAIN. I will be posting evidence after I block out names for HIPAA laws and regulations. Bottom line is that I was not considered an EQUAL based off my sexual origin. The Credit Union said to me that since I was secondary on the accounts that I had no right to access the accounts. Even though I AM PRIMARY and can prove it. I am no longer taking the discriminatory abuse. I will also be letting the FDIC know about the situation and if anyone else has experienced any abuse with this organization. Message me and we can get an attorney to start a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. Cause I am pretty sure, I am not the only one this has happened to.

I really love this credit union and this branch. And it gets really old whenever something doesn't go someone's way, that they always feel the need to blame the Church for everything. These are usually the angry people, who have vandettas against the Church and are very likely inactive or ex members. Instead of hating this credit union, maybe seek to know Jesus instead.
Also, I have never had issues with the ATM not working. This seems more like a personal issue or individual card issue and not a machine issue.

I just love AFCU. They are really nice to refund my fees when I have an accidental insufficient funds incidents every couple years. And their app is so nice to use and I love the perks.

Great staff always committed to giving service while attention to details and overall value in lending makes it a comfortable and unpressured environment to shop for venture capitalist looking for a spot loan in a hurry and yet also wiring to take and educate a first time borrower that has trouble when not able to choose the right options that they are not paying unnecessary fees or placing too little care on the rate and term when agreeing when the income to current debt schedule is discussed being the time that poses the most stress to the borrower.
