This has to be the worst branch you can imagine in the valley. The staff is clearly incompetent and doesn't know how to handle people. Their lines are always going clear out the door and they don't know how to get people processed in time. Even the ATM outside doesn't properly function

I went to this location when listed online and I'm the door of the building that it was open until 2pm I arrived just before 130 and the doors were locked the employees had their backs to the doors I had to leave and make an additional 10 minute drive to another location
